The room was clean and modern, the staff very attentive, and there is an elevator. The manager provided valuable information and insights about the city which helped make our trip spectacular.
I thought the breakfast could have had more choices and/or better-quality food. If your stay is 1-2 days then, it may not be an issue. But by the time our third day rolled around, the choices remained redundant. It seemed better pastries were available for sale and not included. The cappuccino was amazing, tho.

Great Hotel and perfect location which is not far from the sightseeing spots, port , shopping area etc. The Hotel itself is a jewel, clean, really modern and with all the facilities needed. The Staff makes you feel like part of their family and is extremely friendly. Big thanks to the 2 young ladies who gave us a bigger, quieter , nice room because the one we got on arrival was on the road side, which was bit noisy. So we got a wonderful support in every need. I also intended to celebrate my birthday in beautiful Sicily. Got a room with access to the big kitchen, where you get everything you may need for coffee/tea making, cook something or keep any drinks/food in the fridge. Breakfast was fab with Francesca , Mike and Team. One of the best coffee I had , always with a smile from Francesa. In all a superb service, wonderful , helpful staff, great location. What else does one need to spend a birthday stay? I would therefore definitely highly recommend that hotel. Grazzie Thanks

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t be more perfect. It was quite central and within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being so central, the property was incredibly quiet, which made for a very restful and relaxing stay. The building has an elevator, which was super convenient, especially with luggage. The room itself was spotless, spacious and everything was beautifully clean and well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Eugenio, Chiara and Emilia were absolutely amazing! They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and truly made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. Highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again!
I can't really think of anything we didn't like. Everything was great!

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation at the hotel. Breakfast was good, with a selection of cereals, jams, and cold cuts. The room was clean, and everything was within easy reach. Another great feature was the small kitchenette where you can make coffee, heat up a meal, or get some water. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful – they even assisted us when I got sick, and it was never a problem. The only thing I would recommend is adding a safe in the rooms. I definitely recommend this accommodation for your trip to Palermo!

An antique building just renovated and transformed in a beautiful hotel palace with very large room, impressively high ceiling (4 m or more) beautifull marble stairs or pavements... Very confortable beds , cleanness of the bathroom! The overall central position and quite environment
Unfortunately the breakfast -included in the price of the room - was not at the level one would expect in such a category! Indeed croissants and cakes, but industrial bread, lowest quality mozarella and sausage, and powder tang-like orange drink served in plastic glass... a real paradox in Sicily, where if not fresh orange spremute, at least decent orange juice should be served !

The location is on the border of the historic city so walking to places to visit and eat was very easy. The rooms are very spacious. The host was very gracious and had a lot of information for us. The location is more quiet since it’s next to a park and some other residential buildings. Don’t need to worry about tourist or night life keeping you awake. Breakaast in the bistro downstairs offered good choices. Staff at the bistro were very friendly.
Rooms are sparse in appointments. If you want coffee, shampoo, etc., you’ll need to supply that yourself. The rooms were very spacious but lack of appointments kind of gave it a warehouse feel, large rooms with not much in them.

A masterpiece – pure passion turned into perfection Wow. This place is incredibly stylish and full of character. In the hallway, you'll find photos of the original, crumbling building – and it’s almost impossible to believe it’s been transformed into this absolute gem. Only someone with true passion, dedication, and a deep understanding of taste and architecture would dare to take on such a project. The result is stunning: soaring 6-meter-high ceilings, original wooden beams beautifully exposed, and old doors creatively turned into side tables. Every detail has been carefully considered. The owner is just as remarkable – kind, helpful, and clearly devoted to making every guest feel at home. The location is fantastic too – just a few hundred meters from Palermo’s shopping district. But don’t get stuck there! Palermo has so much more to offer, so make sure you explore this fascinating city. Honestly, I didn’t want to write this review… because I’d love to keep this place a secret. We’re absolutely in love.

The place is beautiful, with original stone walls and gorgeous and spacious rooms. A very modern look. Liked the kitchen on the third floor as a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The Wifi was terrible. In my room -- 208 -- barely worked at all. The staff tried to help, but to no avail. I was there 8 nights and had work to do, so this was very disappointing. Also, not especially close to the most exciting places in Palermo (although only 0.7 miles away).

It's next to a busy road but it was way quieter than I thought, I had no problems sleeping (with the window closed). The staff was super nice and the receptionist told us everything about Palermo. The room was very modern with a touch of antique. The breakfast was a nice Italian style buffet breakfast, with cakes and some savoury options and good coffee. The building had a super modern big lift.
The sea view room had only a bit of sea view, when I went out to the loud balcony. But the view otherwise was quite nice, looking at a very pretty tall mountain.

Good location and bedroom was very spacious and clean. Shower good too and comfortable bed
Very noisy at night especially at weekends- a motorway between hotel and the marina. It definitely make it difficult to sleep most nights and we stayed 4 nights overall. Breakfast was very hit and miss as it was in restaurant attached but some mornings there was little food and what was there was cold and we had to ask several times for coffee and to get some food. Staff were not happy to serve us.
