The hotel as such is excellent. The staff were all super nice, the room was wonderful, good looking well equipped perfectly clean and comfortable. Good breakfast in a nice room. Really inside the hotel everything was up to a very high standard.

It's not so much a negative as a 'good to know': the hotel is located in a section of the town that gets very empty in the evening, with no restaurants / places to eat in immediate vicinity. It's a 10 minute walk to the more popular streets. So if you're a single woman, I have to say, the walk back didn't feel great after dark (it was only like 7pm, so not late, but dark). So... just to maybe keep that in mind.

very close to city center, only 500 meters away from Teatro Massimo, walking on a large boulevard and very safe, the triple room booked by us was actually a kind of flat, very clean and modern, quite easy to find parking around the streets in the back of the hotel if you do not find any spot in their garage that costs 15 EUR/night

The breakfast is too "Italian" for my taste, even that the coffee is great quality

Location and quality of the family room. The staff was nice and flexible in the misunderstanding regarding the pricing issue. They helped on the solution.

The price stated at the booking moment only considered two people (we made the search for 4 people) and this was not visible. We were surprised at the arrival with the extra amount to be paid.

The hotel is at the edge of the old town and perfectly located as a base to explore everything on offer. The rooms are vey clean and a good size. The AC is a life saver. The breakfast offerings were exactly what was needed to set you up for a day exploring the town. It doesn’t need to be a big breakfast as you are going to snack your way through the day anyway. That can’t be helped in Palermo.

I read the title of this section and realized we hadn’t complained during our stay. No comments between my wife and I, no here we go again, no I told you so. I got nothing.

Clean and well furnished. Staff very friendly and eager to assist if and when needed. Good location - everything is literally a 5/10 minute walk from the centre of town. The best restaurants we found near by were Localé (array of fantastic Italian tasty dishes) and Tondo for great pizza. Short 30 minute drive to Mondello beach if you want to have a beach day - there is also access to bus routes if you wish to travel around by bus.

Breakfast could’ve been better - this is my only gripe. Quality of hot food not great - scrambled eggs very hard as if left, sausages a bit cheap and bacon just felt like warmed up Prosciutto and a bit soggy. I feel guilty writing this as it is my only gripe but breakfast is very important. Other than that cereal/muesli selection good and the bar staff are more than accommodating with good coffees.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. From start to finish it was all very professional. The room was very cool and spotless. It was a big room which had everything I needed. A/C was very straightforward too. The bed was very comfortable with nice crisp cotton sheets. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Forgive me if I have got the wrong names and spellings, Giusy and Francesco who were working on 14/8/23 evening and morning of 15/8/23 were so friendly and smiley and very professional, thank you ☺️

The location was close to the main part, just didn’t like the Main Street.

All the staff were very polite

Breakfast was bad and the first night I didn't sleep because of the fridge noise and I could hear everything from the corridor. Also the very intense smell of the room perfume sticks. After changing the room because there was problems with the electricity it was better.

Spacious room, location, cleanliness, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very good coffee, very quiet (the room was not facing the main street)

The cooler is very small, in which 2 waters and a juice are placed. There is no price, so you are tempted to consume them as if they were a gift from the hotel, but they are paid at the end of the stay.

The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a small fridge, tv and a safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions and requests. The rooms were cool during the hot Palermo weather. The breakfast was nice and plentiful.

The rooms can be noisy as the road is very busy and the rooms don’t have soundproofing and the corridor can also be noisy as guest come and go, talk and close the doors. The breakfast could have more fresh vegetables and fruit.

Large room , bed was good comfortable. Large bathroom

Staff lacked personality, not one person smiled. Asked for some ice , and the barman said he didnt have any. We were in a backside of hotel , there was a party at the hostel that went on till 1pm, loud music.Also you can hear the people living above you , its an apartment building.
