Pretty good hotel. Interesting location in third floor of panel building. Nice self check-in. We had Terra room. Not perfect view, but room itself is perfect. Everything new and clean and all you need. Fridge, kettel, climatization, etc. Good position to jump on tram and visit center. We go back at night, wife was little nervous with neighborhood, but its really nice and calm, we met just few kids, no strange peoples. Parking is free around the building on street. Its quit full, but we find spot just on the corner of the street, so around 30m max. Possibility to left luggages is really nice and we welcome it. Breakfast is pretty nice. Room has alexa so you can control light, music and blinds with voice control - cool thing. Room was dark at night so nice for sleep.

The location is very good, close to the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly and has always been in touch. There were delicious breakfasts. There was cleaning every day :) Also i have to say that my parents went instead of me, the hotel staff was always in touch with me if there were any questions, since my parents did not know English. Before arrival, we were sent detailed instructions on how to check in, and it would also be possible to book a tour.

The room looked fabulous and very clean. The place is near the rail stop and the beach is in 5 minutes walk. Breakfast and service is superb! We parked car in the front of the house. There wasn’t any problems to find a spot. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Totally worth the price!

The self check-in was very easy and explained in detail. Initially the AC in the room did not work but the host provided excellent customer service and we were able to change rooms even at 11PM. Besides that everything was according to the description. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

The beach is dirty and you cannot do anything on it. It is not a complain since the beach is not advertised as being good, it is more like a notification for the upcoming guests in order not to have expectations from it.

Rosaria was a perfect host and very helpful in organizing our self-entry. The room (Luna) was well-appointed, modern and very clean. Each room had their own patio table and the extensive breakfast spread was full of a variety of wonderful foods. Parking was free on the street and the bus to the centre was just minutes away. There was a good summary of how to get around Palermo on the room table. Overall, a great stay!

The property was located in an area in close proximity to transport (tram) which was a 6 minute ride to the city of Palermo. As we were driving, we required secure parking, which was arranged for us (at a fee) The owner Rosaria and her mother Pina, were so welcoming and accommodating, providing a delicious continental breakfast each morning and helping us with all of our queries and providing local recommendations. The property has been recently renovated with much attention to detail. We appreciated the quality linen and towels.

It was on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Fortunately there's a lift!

Good location, nice breakfast, sitting outside on a balcony. Convenient car parking.

Entry codes - three different codes to get in, entrance door into building, 3rd floor entrance to apartments, room entrance, all provided online - Unfortunately, the 3rd code didn't work, and we were waiting outside the room for some time before a staff member arrived. Fortunately, we managed to get through to them via Booking.com, so that they would arrive and open our door.

Self-check in was very easy. Place is very clean and staff was very friendly and kind especially to my 7 years old son. They prepared chocolate spread bread for him every morning.

We didn’t like much the beach near by but place is close to tram and bus stations, you can go easily very beautiful beaches.

The breakfast was wonderful: good selection and tasty! Kitchen facilities were made available for use which was great! The location is a distance from both the airport and the city centre so another means of transportation is necessary to go anywhere. We were here for only two days and that was to rest after a very busy tour so location wasn't a big issue for us.

Pictures indicated a beautiful beach and we were hoping to make use of it but locals told us that it wasn't a clean beach as it was close to the port. That was disappointing and upsetting and shouldn't be advertised as a plus for that location.

Excellent staff, couldn't do enough to help, and they were so friendly. It was a home from home, the highest compliment. Cosy beds, fabulous air conditioning, meticulously clean. Lovely showers. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice with tiramisu on offer! Elisea had excellent English, and Rosario was always on hand. Very impressively run. Comfort of the client was top priority.
