As a recommendation: Given the specifics of the wine-making area, it would have been nice if we had been served a glass of local wine upon arrival, or if a small bottle of local wine had been waiting for us in the room. Also, considering that the accommodation does not offer the possibility of serving lunch or dinner and the geographical location does not offer the possibility of buying some quick food from a supermarket… I think it would have been a plus (something that would have made us leave the location even more excited) if we had found a bag of pasta, 2-3 hot peppers, 20ml olive oil and a local recipe for preparing the meal. Those would have been the details that would differentiate you from the rest / the standard of accommodations. That would have been that detail for a 6-star service.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is beautiful and our room was great with a small kitchen space inside too. The room was very clean and comfy. We actually got engaged in the property garden -a beautiful location for it! The lady at the reception helped book a lovely dinner for us to celebrate close by and made the stay extra special. We also enjoyed a wine tasting in the winery. Can’t wait to come back again to visit!

I loved that the staff were super friendly and accommodating and helped us with anything we needed fixed. The area is beautiful and i loved how quiet the hotel was. The views are and the rooms had me speechless. I loveeeee the windows in the room I couldn’t stop looking out them. The woman working at the winery is super friendly and deserves a raise she is so fun to talk to. She is learning english and we shared a fascination of her culture as she got to learn about american culture from us. Perfect countryside hotel!!!

I wish they had their own taxi service 24 hours or something because it is hard to get a taxi from florence to the hotel. I would recommend getting a rental car. Bring bug spray too!

General design and pool.

Slightly damaged furniture by the pool, ubiquitous ants in the rooms and kitchen. Poorly equipped kitchenette and induction hob working at times (only 2 seats - 4 not possible), central air conditioning for the whole building inefficient. Very warm in the room. Possibility to buy breakfast (external service) ?????. Overall for 7

the views were gorgeous! pool area was wonderful! the grounds were well kept and clean! rooms were spacious. lady who checked us in was kind and helpful. love that there were tables and chairs throughout the property to enjoy the views. beautiful modern feel and decor on the inside with a rustic feel on the outside, stunning.

we had 2 TVs in separate rooms and only 1 remote, not a huge deal but would’ve liked to have a remote for each room, found a couple little black ants in our bedroom but we assumed it was because we’re out on the hillside, nothing crazy or too bad.

Beautiful property in the country, great option to stay and relax during our trip. The staff were amazing, the vineyard it beautiful to stroll through, and the pool is perfect. Winery staff are very knowledgeable and made wine tasting feel very accessible.

Location and re interpretation of the mediaeval style

For 200€ per one night, i would have liked to have more utilities in the room. Like conditioner, not a cheap body soap, and personal hygiene tools. Breakfast was not included too, another not really amusing detail

All was fine and we were happy about pool and its things. We were happy to having dinner in the courtyard. And for opportunity to stay extra night different room, what were super spacious house.

Our room was really hot even though there was a conditioner. It couldn't cooling enough.

Beautiful ancient Borgo with very nice, stylish, spacious and comfy rooms, - beautiful views, nice surroundings, peaceful and away from traffic but with an easy and quick access - just outside POSTOIA. Service just very natural and gentle, good value for money. Highly Recommended !!

Nothing - everything jut very good !

The atmosphere and the location are no. 1. By car you can easily reach any destination. Close to Pisa and Florence as well. The rooms are clean and spacious. The surroundings are really beautiful and maintained. The view is spectacular.

The breakfast. I was aware of the fact that there is no dining area and the breakfast is served in a basket to the room, but it is not a good system. Especially with a small child, it is difficult to find out a day ahead what he will eat for the next day. This system is not convenient at all and quite annoying and because of this I would not choose this accommodation again or recommend it
