This place has been one of our favourite stays in Italy. It’s incredible clean, caring host and modern feeling while it’s very authentic. Riccardo and his wife have an eye for details, from welcome cookies, to big pool towels to thoughtful breakfast. They also serve the best homemade pizza Thursday nights! Also, the AC was appreciated and stable WiFi! Big plus was the close proximity to the train station (5 min drive, free parking!). For 4€ to Florence, what a hidden gem!

We had a wonderful flat and were all to ourselves. This is a wonderful B&B, where you can easily spend a few days. It's a whole room upstairs, very ideally divided, with a large bed and sofa, air conditioning (two), a small fridge and two TVs. Incredibly, it even has USB ports, wow how modern. The bathroom is very large with a make-up table, two washbasins and a very spacious shower cubicle. The hosts were very friendly, courteous and attentive. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The room and the entire property, including the pool, were very clean and well maintained. You can always feel the attention to detail here. The garden with many olive trees, the whole property, absolutely invites you to linger. The whole surrounding area is pure Tuscany 😊- The best way to get here is through the village of Montale, as the GPS has its difficulties here. There are several small restaurants in the surrounding villages, all of which have their own little specialities - Viva Italia 😊 This B&B and the hosts are always a pleasure to return to - a 10 is not really enough of a rating !

Quiet, small, family run. Beautiful pool. Good access to train station. ‘Off the beaten track’, but less than 5 mins of everything you need. Our room was ‘basic and rustic’ - but this was all part of the charm. Bed was comfy and room was large enough and clean. Newly renovated room looks fantastic (we didn’t stay in it - just shown around) - more modern etc. Didn’t have the classic views you’d perhaps want/expect, but it was priced lower and low key as a result. If you want a view - drive 5 mins up the road to a restaurant. Quiet garden area surrounded by olive trees and a fantastic pool which has been recently done. Perfect swimming temperature. Family were friendly and happy to help. Would love to go back out of loyalty and regard for the family.

Fridge in room was noisy at night and the shower was weak, but that’s me being picky.

What an absolute gem of a place to stay! The host was so kind. The pool was lovely. The breakfast was perfect. If I'm being honest, we paid 108 Euros for the stay - it was under priced. I think 130 would have been fine. We did dinner a 12 minute drive away at the Taverna delle Rocca - it was great.

Nothing to say bad at all. I'm a very large man so the shower stall was a little small for me but I managed! We really enjoyed our stay. Met some other lovely guests too. There are only three rooms.

Amazing hosts, wonderfully secluded setting, great swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, dining event on Thursday evening with the best pizza you will ever find, Cantuccini prepared by the hostess, which are out of this world, I could go on and on - 10/10, highly recommended

The location was in walking distance of a village square with a couple of cafes and a supermarket - pharmacy also in walking distance. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean with a good bathroom. Comfortable bed. The hosts were very helpful and obliging. It was an added bonus having a swimming pool in the grounds. The biscuits the wife made (cantucci?) were delicious and we wish we had bought more of them.

Room was great. Had all the necessary facilities and more. The B&B was in beautiful olive oil farm. It was fairly close to the train, about 20 minutes walk. We used a car cause we went all over the area. The owners were so sweet and generous! He even played music on his vintage jukebox! We had so much fun 😊

Podere Milla was the best stay we had so far on our Italy trip. Very welcoming hosts, you could witness their attention to detail in every aspect of the rooms and their property. The location itself is stunning: Clean and comfortable rooms a large garden with a pool in the middle of their olive trees and a garden terrace for the breakfast. Next time we plan 2-3 nights to enjoy the nature and quietness of Podere Milla.

Everything!! The genuine Italian welcome from the family who were so genuinely anxious to please their guests. The room was beautiful so comfy and beautifully decorated with huge bathroom and great shower. Pool area gorgeous.. so relaxing . Property close to many great restaurants one of which Ricardo recommended to us snd was fabulous. So close by train to Florence and many beautiful cities. If you want to stay in 5 star accommodation for a genuine Italian experience in total tranquility we cannot recommend Podere Milla enough and OMG the breakfast was amazing as well. Livia was a wonderful host and both she and her Dad had such good English. Mina had left some gorgeous home baked goodies in our room on arrival. Thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful stay at your amazing place...we will be back ❤..Niall & Florence

Nothing! Absolutely nothing ! Every possible need was catered for!

Location was very beautiful, modern and with traditional Tuscany style elements, hosts are the loveliest people, pool and rooms were always clean, breakfast had all the basics needed, great restaurants could be reached within minutes by car - all around the best experience :)
