Great location. Property full of character with good quality furniture and decor. It was rather dated but that was part of it's charm. Spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. They took the trouble open up the communicating door and to supply us with a mini fridge and cups. Frequent fresh towels were very welcome.

I was expecting a kitchenette in one room but we just got a kettle in each room - no cups etc!

Good location and easy to get to. We were able to park our car in the hotel's garage which was great rather than having to worry about on street parking and fees. There was no one there to check in with but the instructions were clear and easy to follow (they communicated by text). Our room was clean and had access to the communal roof space which was nice. Bed was comfortable. There was a machine in the hallway to get coffees.

It would have been nice to have glasses available in the room but you could get plastic cups from the vending machine (but you need to have change with you)

Loved this hotel it was like living in a real old Italian house - high ceilings - old antique furniture (not the beds they were modern) car parking underneath the house must be one of the most secure in Italy - really recommend staying here to anyone on a road trip to Italy as it was not far from Florence or Sienna both of which we visited

Beautifully decorated air-conditioned and spacious room with bathroom in the city center. Free parking is available right next to the accommodation. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and upon request they brought us a small fridge. All recommendations.

Perfect location to the town to explore the shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to use public transport (trains and buses) to explore further areas too. Free parking, WiFi, cute terrace and clean

The gentleman host was so friendly and helpful and a joy to deal with. The room was nice and the hotel had a parking garage, which was great as we had a rental car.

There was nothing that I really didn't like.

Beautiful old home, well maintained and comfortable. It was perfect for a one night stopover.

The air conditioning unit on the terrace was very loud so we had to close the doors, and as our unit in our room did not work, it was a bit stuffy.

We stopped here for a break before continuing our trip. It was perfect for our family, calm and safe.
