Beautiful, very clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, swimming pool, and excellent food. Federica is a piece of sunshine, and Mario is a phenomenal cook😊. The location is unique for day trips around almost all of Tuscany. A wonderful vacation, among extraordinary people. I can only warmly recommend it. A rating lower than 10 would be unfair. I don't know when again, but we will definitely come to Tuscany and also to the Hotel Giogliano Janja and Samo, Slovenia

The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, it's a beautiful property with amazing views and a lovely pool area, set in a nice location.

We felt a little unwanted at times and were left waiting a long time for things like dessert or morning coffee. The breakfast was good on our first morning but the next two days there was no pastries, no bread and no juice so I just ate biscuits. There are no staff at all on a Tuesday afternoon, and they lock up the bar area containing the water cooler, which is inconvenient.

Absolutely wonderful host, 4th generation family on this property they renovated into a beautiful and comfortable B&B. The breakfasts were nice and simple with fresh coffee or cappucino made to order, not from a machine. The sweet breads and pastries were the freshest and best of all of our stays. The location is very remote with a small ancient town (Radicondoli) on the hill above them about a 900m steep incline walk up a dirt road. Otherwise, you will need to drive some distance to get to other locations. Very good spot for day trips, we enjoyed day trips to Florence (super crowded, even late season), Pisa, and the west coast rock beaches. This remote stay in the Tuscany countryside is exactly what we wanted and this property delivered. They make dinner every night, except Tuesdays, you eat what they make. She puts up a board in the morning that lets you know what they will be making that night and you let her know if you will be eating there or out in another location. The meals were fantastic good, traditional fare with bread, first course pasta, second course other meat dish and terrific dessert. 28 Euros per person plus whatever drinks you want (wine, spritzer, etc).

Beautiful pool, we were there in late sept early oct and the weather was fantastic - upper 70s to low 80s, but the pool was not heated and was simply too cold to use. This was the case at every B&B hotel we stayed at, so unless you go in the heat of the summer, forget about the nice pools, they aren't usable. Really the biggest issue here was the unusable internet. They had wifi, but forget about it, very unreliable on and off and way too slow to even use for email. The price you pay for a remote stay. Cell coverage was good, so plan on using that for all your data/connect needs. Also, bring toiletries or buy them in town, the B&B did not resupply shampoo/soaps.

This hotel is a little gem that nobody else should be told about. The location and views are outstanding. Federica and Mario are superb hosts. and he is a great chef - the food is outstanding. There is a good range of drinks at the bar and an honesty bar for use out of hours. The pool is great in a pleasant garden area. We had a wonderfully idyllic and romantic meal in the gardens on our first night - the breakfasts are very good and I cannot recommend this place enough. Several couples at the hotel were attending a wedding nearby and Federica even agreed to be our taxi service to pick us up from the wedding location when that ended (after midnight) so everyone could fully enjoy those festivities. A great approach towards those with dietary requirements also. We did not want to leave and would return like a shot. You do really need a car to stay there and it is a few hundred metres down a rough track off the main road but that just adds to the beauty of the place in many ways

The only negative comment I can even think of is that there are some big biting flies at some points in the day in the gardens and around the pool - but then Federica provides some repellent to keep theme away. That doesn't detract from the beauty of the place one jot.

A gorgeous hotel, set in an older traditional building with clean, modern facilities. Complete peace and serenity to enjoy your stay, with a great modern pool and wonderful on-site restaurant and bar. Federica and all staff are so welcoming, especially the cute dogs!

The hotel is a bit off the beaten track, a steep and tricky 20-25 min walk from Radicondoli town. Would recommend coming here with a hire car (or walking boots). But once on site, you’ll relish the remote location

We felt completely relaxed and well taken care of at this lovely, small, family-run hotel. Federica was the most caring host—she even booked us a dinner reservation that turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The location is right in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by calm and peaceful scenery. We only wished the pool had been open, but we understand it was still early in the season.

Relaxing location close to a charming town, great pool area, clean and comfortable rooms (with air conditioning) and friendly staff.

There was nothing I didn't like, but just for information it is quite a remote location (which is great) with a steep unpaved road as a main access. We had a car so this wasn't an issue.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of Tuscany, we spent 4 amazing nights here as we were attending a family wedding. Our host Federica was just so lovely, she went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Food is delicious, hotel is beautiful with lovely gardens and a beautiful pool area, 15 minutes walk away from centre of Radicondoli!! What’s there not to like. Federica thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back :)

Breakfast was good. Staff were good.Food and wine were really good. As dog lovers owners dogs were there which was great for us personally. The evening meal cooked by the staff was brilliant. Swimming pool was great.Very tidy and clean.

Be aware that this is an old rural farmhouse ( though very clean) in rural setting .Village of Radicondoli was about 1 mile drive away or half mile walk up very steep hill.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, fantastic pool. Bit off the beaten track but worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Federica even arranged to give a lift to several in our party to a nearby wedding venue. Fab host. The breakfast was very nice. Didn't get the chance eat an evening meal there, but some in our party did and said the food was lovely.
