We had an unforgettable stay at this family-run apartment! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and fully equipped, located in a quiet, peaceful place. From the moment you walk in, you instantly feel at home. The hosts brought the true warmth of Italy to our experience: always smiling, full of life, and offering fantastic tips for exploring the nearby towns. Their restaurant, located right in the building is absolutely outstanding: each dish and the matching wine are filled with authentic Italian heart and flavor. The cappuccino served at breakfast is a real masterpiece! :-) Every moment spent with them was filled with laughter, jokes, and lively conversations. A huge thank you to Catherine and Arianna for sharing their energy with us! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge and enjoy a truly special experience.

The property itself is very nice and cosy, equipped with the things you would normally need, no complaints here. The pool is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious and the neighbourhood is also very lovely and peaceful. The one thing I would like to highlight the most is the kindness of the hosts. Honestly, I’ve felt very welcomed, our host and her daughter were looking out for our every needs, I’ve felt like I was visiting my friends. I would definitely go back 10/10

Beautiful facility. Basically like a one bedroom apartment with a living area kitchen bathroom and bedroom. Everything is updated and clean. Parking right in front. The host was amazing, she was extremely friendly and happy to help with any situation. Provided us great advice on where to park in Siena and sights to see. Speaks excellent English. Definitely recommend, only 5-7 minutes away from Siena. Thank you for the pleasant conversation and kind attention.

Super cozy place with everything you need. Nice neighbourhood with shop and some small restaurants. Very quiet and neat area. The host was super friendly and helped us with everything - totally recommend to stay here.
