Ca' Bianca is a historic, beautiful property just outside of Siena. You can really see the thought and effort that has been put into the renovations and decor in the common rooms, bedrooms, and the gardens and pool area. And the views are breathtaking from the dining area and the pool and garden areas. Our first night at the hotel, they decided to close the restaurant and instead hold a group dinner and wine tasting for guests (outside by the pool). Such a treat! It was a really great way to meet the other guests, and the wine was delicious. We also ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner one night, and both were amazing. Don't hesitate to eat here - their restaurant is really, really good, the service is impeccable, and their seating area outside has such a gorgeous view (which you can't say for a lot of restaurants!). We were having trouble making reservations for the next leg our our journey (we only had data, but all restaurants were insisting we call them). We mentioned this to the staff, and they were so helpful. They made the calls for us, and gave us a few extra recommendations (shout out to Vanessa, your tip to go to that restaurant in Dudda was spot on. We loved it!) The hotel also communicated via Whatsapp with us, which was very helpful. It's so much quicker than sending emails through Booking.com.

There is no shuttle from the hotel into Siena, and no taxis, so you need to be prepared to drive back and forth (although parking is easy in the city). We got a few tips from staff and tour guides on parking - the "Parcheggio San Francesco" parking lot in Siena was cheap and was beside an escalator (which was nice to avoid walking up the hill!). You can also park for free at the Coop grocery by the train station if you don't mind walking a bit. There are lots of options. Our room was quite small, and it had no side tables for CPAP machines, which was a struggle. There was also very little room provided for luggage. And finally, the automatic lights in the closet area were very disturbing in the middle of the night if you had to get up. It would be nice if these weren't automatic.

Best hotel we stayed at in Tuscany. The staff are fantastic and they really are what make this place stand out from other hotels in Tuscany. The hotel was fully booked but never felt busy. Pool area is great, food and drinks service at the pool was quick - order via WhatsApp. Location is 10 min drive from Siena. Dinner at the Restaurant was a highlight - we went twice. Our waitress at dinner was fantastic. It is a premium price to stay here but it was worth it. We will be back.

Nearly 10/10 but a few improvements for us would make it perfect. Pool towels - we were requested to use the same pool towels for our full stay. Paying a premium price I'd expect fresh towels each day. Especially as there isn't anywhere in the room to let them hang to dry. Robes - Not a major issue but it would be nice to have bath robes to use. We had at other hotles. Our bathroom had random smells of sewage. It was very in frequent but when it did smell it was really bad. This needs to be looked into.

There's nothing negative to say, we had the perfect stay. The facilities are very beautifully renovated and decorated. The room views are superb and the views from the grounds are even better. The staff was very attentive and kind, they took care of everything for us very professionally, but also maintained a relaxed atmosphere. The on-site restaurant offered excellent food and wine pairings, definitely recommend it. It's also ideally located with a short driving distance to Siena and surrounding towns. Parking was of course free and gated on the property.

Absolutely nothing, other than not booking a longer stay

We had the most incredible stay at Ca’ Bianca for our honeymoon. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The property is stunning and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful- a special mention to Kalden whose customer service was exceptional and her knowledge of the local area and food was outstanding. We ate at the restaurant twice and could have eaten there everyday and it still wouldn’t be enough. The food was fresh, a special shout out to the chef who gave us the most incredible taste of Italy we have ever had. The breakfast is generous and well stocked. It was very quiet and peaceful and we often felt like we had the property to ourselves. We would love to come back one day! Thanks Ca’ Bianca for making our honeymoon so memorable!

Wonderfully renovated Tuscan country home with excellent facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with daily towel changes and with a breathtaking view of the Siena skyline. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The garden with pool were also beautiful and making for a quite enjoyable experience. The place is definitely more suited for couples, so I'd keep that in mind. The restaurant served very good food made by skilled chef Gaspare and the breakfast was also quite rich in options. Would recommend.

Three areas of improvement: (1) Would add fly nets to the breakfast food. The breakfast buffet has food exposed to flies that were all over the cheese and quiches, making it a bit nasty. (2) The restaurant is closed on Mondays -- we were offered a wine tasting option with some food instead. We were not told that we would have been seated with other couples -- the other guests were great, but we were not necessarily looking to socialize with other couples after a long travel day from overseas. The portions were abundant, but the meats and cheeses were not that great. (3) Breakfast is served 8-10 -- would have been nicer if it stayed open until 10:30 to make it a bit less time-bound.

We loved our stay here. From the delicious daily breakfast spread made by Maria and team to the beautiful grounds. The amenities were great, well maintained - the things you’d expect to be modern and usable were. We enjoyed lounging by the pool (didn’t try the pool service bar) and used the tennis courts (glad the property had racquets and balls we could borrow). The location was great, slightly remote (you must have a car) and only 20 minutes from Siena. We also ate dinner on the property one night and it was delicious and affordable! We would’ve enjoyed more meals if we didn’t already have other plans. If you’re looking for a couples getaway, this is the place. The staff here are all very kind and welcoming. They take good care of you and make sure you have a great stay.

We stayed in the Avvocato room and there is a walk in closet that has motion sensor light. It was very sensitive to movement so from the bed, any movement at night would trigger the light to turn on. We had to block it with a chair and pillow. But the room was still very comfortable. We also played tennis, which the court could be resurfaced but I suspect not many guests utilize the court.

Our stay could not have been more perfect. We were welcomed so kindly by the stuff and explained all the possible activities. Our room was warm and super beautiful - very comfortable bed and absolutely great view from our windows. The bathroom offered everything you need (towels, hairdryer, shampoo, body lotion). Apart from the pool and the terrace which is absolutely stunning there is also a tennis court with the necessary equipment which we used twice. Since we arrived by bike we could easily move around the area (Siena is just 30 minutes away by bike) and were able to store our bikes in the garage of the house. Eating at Ca Bianca was a great experience: the breakfast is very sumptuous (coffee, fresh orange juice, fruit, sweets, bakon,…) and also the dinner was great. The local wine we were offered was very tasteful. Absolutely adorable stuff!

Ca Bianca was wonderful. It is located about 10 minutes from the walls of Sienna. When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Giuseppe who gave us a tour and helped us with our bags. He was always available to call or text if we had any questions. The breakfast was amazing! Maria works hard every morning to make sure that we had a beautiful breakfast to enjoy. She was a sweetheart and takes pride in her meals served. All of the staff there were very nice and very helpful. I’m hoping to be able to return one day to this great BnB. I would not hesitate to book this 12th century place.

Anna, Elena and the Greek lady in the mornings were exceptional, also the chef. we ate dinner here twice. it’s the best accommodation we have ever been in. nothing was too much trouble. the venue and surroundings were absolutely stunning and quaint. décor beautiful and every need is catered for. it’s a wonderful place and great because no children under 14 . cannot thank them enough for their hospitality. thank you Ca Bianca we will be back next year .

Stylish, comfortable and welcoming. This felt like home to us- comfortable beds, beautiful rooms and cosy places to sit and read or gaze over the gardens. The swimming pool was clean and very welcome in the Tuscan heat! A bar service by the pool also a great addition for drinks & snacks. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The house and gardens have been put together with much care and the bonus? You can see the skyline of Siena in the distance from the property.
