The place in reality looks better than in pictures. Place is clean. Localisation is really goood ( 15-17 min from center), it's historical center but quiet part , with less turist. Supermarket is really close. The common kitchen is clean and well equipped (there are pots, knifes all to make dinner or breakfast). Communication with host is good. Also we appriciate that the host upgrade our resarvation and gave us room with private bathroom. Thanks a lot!

The cosy room, the facilities provided in the kitchen, and the clean place and everything. It felt like home ;)

The only thing was that our double bed was made of two single beds connected to each other so it caused backache.

we enjoyed staying close to the city . this property allowed easy access. we were the only clients so we had opportunity to cook and rest. we also loved staying in a true Siena style home and looking out over the roof tops

The property has a comfortable kitchen and fridge where you can store your food, very useful for longer stays. The room was spacious and clean. Access to the property is easy and self check-in is available.

The room was listed as having a private bathroom but the bathroom was actually in the corridor with no indication it was reserved for that specific room. I was fine with a shared bathroom, but more clarity would have been advisable. I was also a surprised to have no interaction with the hosts whatsoever, not even to confirm my documents had been received.

the room smelled of smoke though there is a no smoking policy. The shared kitchen was in need of repair (eg all the door handles kept coming off). Could have done with a few more amenities eg they put out tea bags but no coffee, not even instant.)

The pictures do not match the actual room. The room with private bathroom I booked turned out to be a private external bathroom after confirmation. The property did not issue the invoice as she initially agreed to, ignored the city tax, and did not respond anymore.

Fine room, okay location. Kitchen seemed fine though not used. Didn't encounter other guests in other rooms in shared apartment.

Internal walls and doors were not attached — the whole wall would shake when opening the door. Bed quite uncomfortable. Bathroom not very clean.

Being told we couldn't use the heater due to "Italian Law" when obviously it was the owner trying to save cost. After explaining our need (family illness) the owner didn't reply at all, for the rest of the stay.

A hole In the bathroom wall was covered with a wooden board, sellotape holding the kitchen handles on, shades missing off some of the wall lights,mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, the room was tatty
