Great location about 100 meters outside the ZTL, with views of Siena from both the shared patio balconies. Small dorm fridge in room, as well as bottled water. Covered garage parking available for a very reasonable 6€ a night.

However, the parking garage is down a jaw-droppingly steep and narrow ramp that curves. Had to put my car in 4WD to drive out. The shower configuration is rather odd, so water ends up leaving the shower box and running into the main part of the bathroom. The heated towel rack was broken and dripped water onto the floor. The box covering the heater lost a bolt so was askew. Staff said they'd look into these issues.

People say in the comments that it is far from the historic center, not true. Only one block away at great location. Also about uncomfortable bathroom, not my experience. I had a great experience and the facilities were both beautiful and comfortable with a nice terrace to have a drink (if you bring it). Staff 20/10. Super recommended for the price to value

The shower curtain was perhaps a bit short, but just a minor detail. The parking option was great but the gate is so small that a larger car such as an SUV can have a hard time

We liked the location as it was within easy walking distance to the town square and many places to eat as recommended by Phillipo who worked there. We found him full of local knowledge and gave us all the information that we needed. The view from the bedroom window was great and it was very quiet. The bed and pillow were so comfortable.

The room could have been a bit better; the toilet seat was loose and so was the tap in the wash basin. The bathroom door was very noisy to open and close, I thought that it would break as it was a glass panel on a metal hinge. I mentioned this to Phillipo so I hoped that they would fix these little things.

The room was clean and modern. It was located close to an entrance to the historic city but at the opposite end to the one used by most tourists. The terrace of the hotel facing rolling hills and villages of Tuscany was fantastic. The staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was limited but pleasant and fresh.

We had asked for parking but it was full when we arrived because it can hold only 4 cars. To find parking space close-by was difficult.

Staff was very accommodation, as journey was interrupted by rail strike, in making arrangements for increasingly delayed check-in. Location is short walk to old city gates, and to series of escalator/travelators (through a mall also) to the train station. Decor was simple, clean and conducive to the stay.

No kettle or cups (in room or common are) to make hot drinks. There are commercial drink machine dispensers in the lobby though.

When we arrived there was a misunderstanding regarding our room but the staff was so great to fix it and made everything so we will be satisfied. The location was great. The fact that we had parking in the hotel. The view!! Thank you!!

The room will be much more comfortable if there will be more storage options.

It was a good location, calm street but very close to the attraction area. There was possibility to park a car, which was important for us. The room was really spacious, enough space, reality matches pictures

During Italian summer the fan is not enough, it does not cool down enough, so AC was definitely missing

The staff were beyond kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The neighborhood was lovely with wonderful cafes and restaurant, it was about 20 min walk to the main square/ piazza which was enjoyable. It might not be very comfortable for the wheelchairs but taxis were easily available.

There was no extra blanket.

The Vittoria Design Hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. Paula and the entire staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. Everything was wonderful!

nice view from balcony, from city center 15 min of walking, room was clean, communication with lady on reception is a bit hard especially in the evenings😂 but shes bery helpfull
