The concierge (Alberto) spoke good English, was very welcoming and provided useful information. Check in was easily communicated. We were able to deliver our bags ahead of us, and also left our bags in the hotel temporarily post check out. Breakfast was provided and plentiful. The hotel had a beautiful garden with a view of part of the city. Despite a downtown location, it was quiet once the windows were shut. There is a laundromat opposite, and a supermarket 200m down. Plenty of dining options right outside. We went in as a group of 9 and loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is very well located, close to many attractions and restaurants in Siena. Everything was super cleaned, organized and signed. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden is gorgeous and you can have your breakfast in there. The bedroom was very comfy! It was super easy to communicate with Alberto. He accommodated our check-in, check-out and parking. Besides that, he recommended us amazing restaurants in town! We really appreciate attention to detail and he is a master on it! I couldn't recommend it more! If we ever go back to Siena we would definitely stay there again!

Great location. A lift to help bring luggage to the second floor. Place was very clean. Beds a little harder than we are used to. The bathroom had limited toiletries. There was a soap dispenser on the wall and in the shower. The shower was a little awkward without a shelf for your own items.

Breakfast was okay. You needed to have an assigned time for sitting. We chose the last sitting and the woman was already breaking down the tables before we sat. Needed to ask for more coffee. On our last morning we came 15 minutes early because we were leaving and the lady had an attitude. Not very welcoming and lacking hospitality

Fantastic B&B in the center of Siena a few hundred meters from the main square and cathedral/ Super spacious room with unblocked view to garden and surroundings; decent breakfast; great (mandatory) valet service for car at affordable price. Overall we enjoyed the stay and hardly believed the very reasonable price for stay including breakfast. We got some good advice for a dinner place that we enjoyed very much.

Nothing comes to mind, this was one of our best stays of the 10 places we visited during our holidays to Italy. I can certainly recommend, especially in combination with the perfect location.

The property was in a great location in the heart of Siena, minutes to Piazza del Campo. Room was very beautiful, spacious with a large bathroom/shower. The room had beautiful murals painted on the ceiling that made you feel that you were in some grand European palace. Beds/Pillows were extremely comfortable, Room and entire property was very clean. Breakfast is served in the backyard overlooking a beautiful garden, with various cold choices, as well as cooked eggs. The best of all was the care, concern and help provided by Alberto at the front desk. He was amazing for all the attention he gave us and the assistance provided whenever we needed it. He was, by far, the best host we had during our 18 day trip, which is saying a lot, since we did have some great hosts.

The room we were in faced a main street with 3 or 4 restaurants/bars right outside of our window. Noise was heard until way past midnight, and interfered with our sleep. Alberto was very sympathetic, but there was nothing he could do (there were no rooms to switch us to). We highly recommend this property though, because all other aspects were wonderful. Just make sure that the room that you reserve is not the front room facing the street which we were in. I believe all other rooms face the back and are far from the noise. The property would have received a 10 rating, had it not been for the noise.

The staff of the hotel went way above our expectations. We asked them twice to get us into restaurants that we thought would be impossible to get a reservation. They came through. Additionally, we had some questions about bus tickets, and another part of Italy. They spent considerable time and effort trying to help us get these tickets. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff is. The location is perfect. This is the place to stay if you are in Siena. Additionally, there is a self service laundry, almost across the street from the hotel. The staff gave us a card that had money on it to do our laundry. We of course, played it forward and added some additional money for the next guest. But, how nice!

The location is great near all the main sites in Siena but it still very quite and you cant hear the street. The bed was comfortable, the host was really nice and helpful with great recommendations of locals in Siena. The breakfast was good with the beautiful view from the garden. It included fruits, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs, pastries and deli meat and cheese. Just what you need for a great start of the day. We parked our car on Via Roma near Porta Romana (blue lined public park) and its a short walking distance to the hotel. I highly reccomemd and will defiently stay here again!

We ran out of hot water in the middle of our showers. It happened every time. The room was also rather chilly. The hotel automatically turned the room AC on. We were cold because of the storms and winds from outside and asked the hotel to warm up the room. The hotel said the AC could not be turned off. We ended up having to wear our jackets the entire time of our stay.

Great location, lovely bathroom and pretty garden

The AC didnt work in my room. It stayed on 23.6 the entire time except when it went up to 23.8. It was disappointing to me as I really need ac to sleep well, on a warm Italian summer night. When I realized it was wasn’t getting any cooler in the room - I did go to the reception for help - they came and set it the same way I had - and it still didn’t change temperature. So the room didn’t have functioning AC - probably best to double check with them that the AC in your room is working as the place is lovely.

A beautifully refurbished traditional town house very close to the centre of Siena, but with its own garden & magnificent views of the rolling tuscan hills. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, anywhere in the world. The breakfast was perfect, just the right size, good choice for a 'semi' continental breakfast and very good value. The staff, especially Alberto, were friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
