Located centrally within Siena in a fairly quiet residential area but still only 5 minutes from the Corso. Private parking was very useful as not always easy to find in these smaller towns right within the historic centre however you must pass through the ZTL. Host was very organised and helpful with access into the ZTL to minimise driving through the town. Excellent breakfast selection for a small B&B at a reasonable price.

Parking a little on the pricey side however you are very centrally located where parking is restricted

The location of the B&B is ideal. The owner Michaella is amazing. She helped us get into the area while guiding us on what’s App because it’s not easy to find. She was very helpful, understanding and kind. She even parked our car. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The place is very clean and the breakfast was very good. Michaella bakes pies and cakes that are delicious.

The street noise was very loud at night because our room had the window facing the road.

Good location- close to the historic Campo, with good restaurants, cafes, a laundromat and small supermarket just a short stroll away. Michela, the host, was friendly and helpful. The room was prettily decorated, spacious and with plenty of nice towels. Bed was comfortable and WIFI reliable and fast.

The room was advertised as having air conditioning but didn't. The windows opened though, and luckily it wasn't too warm.

Super location in city ; facilities exactly as described with nicely decorated comfortable bed /bedroom; mini fridge in room; hostess Michela was unbelievably helpful in so many ways including driving us to train station as taxi unavailable. Breakfast was excellent every day with great choice , homemade cakes , cold meats, cheeses daily along with lovely coffee.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

The main reason we did this trip was to visit our favourite restaurant in Italy (Tv San Giuseppe) - unfortunately the restaurant told us it was impossible to book. Michela called her contacts and managed to get us in and they put us in our favourite table! This was amazing! Thanks a lot

Everything perfect

Situated in a great location close to everything. The room was large and the bed was so comfortable! A delicious breakfast was provided each day and the host was so helpful with all of our questions. Thank you for a lovely stay in beautiful Siena.

Nothing to dislike.

Our host Michela, was exceptional, she found us when we were lost getting to our B& B & also helped us leave. The location is superb, so close to everything. Michela recommended restaurants which were also extremely good. Breakfast had a very good assortment. Overall, great.

Excellent - home made cakes for breakfast, super nice host, excellent coffee, great choice of fruits, cheese, dry cut, cereals etc.

Perhaps they could be a bit clearer before the hosts arrive that there may be special charges to pay if you stay with a car or even just if you drive in the old town with the car. There is a solution which is to park the car just before the walls of the old city, which is safe and free (and not far from the B&B). It is common knowledge for residents of Siena that a tax applies but not at all for tourists. In my case, the owner was super extra nice and did not charge me but I am sure with extra communication and tourists a bit more vigilants that would not be needed.

I have to give 10 to Michela's B&B. it is better than my expectation. room was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated; Michela is very nice, helpful, and patient; location is also perfect. breakfast was healthy and delicous. there is nothing to complain. I am very satisfied and strongly recommend. hopefully next time still have chance to get one room from here.

The host was a really nice and well prepared hosts. (maps of the city, restaurants recommendations etc.) Our room was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The location of this hotel is AMAZING. You just need 5 min to enter the cities main square. (But driving to the hotel can be quite challenging)
