Location was wonderful as close to the square and a cute little supermarket market. The best B&B stayed in Italy as was overwhelmed at the size of the room and the modern artsy light and artwork. Especially loved the shower and bathroom!!

This is funny….I liked everything about the property. The outside entrance door either its old rugged appearance does not match the beautiful interior. When the taxi (7euro from train) dropped me off-I thought oops. But then it may be that the B&B wants to be stealth and not showy. Lol. Just wanted to take my sandpaper, vanish and sealer to that hundred year old door to make it regal again. Maybe when I come back again for a week.

This is our second time staying here and we are definetly coming back for our next stay in Siena after another lovely experience in the residenza. The owner, Ela, she is very kind. She helped us to book a taxi to the station and also arranged reservations for two restaurants as Italian is not our first language. She also recommended us to try Osteria San Martino, too, which is literally next to the residenza and this restaurant was amazing in terms of service and the quality of the pasta. I recomend this place as it also offers a nice view of the city and beautiful atmosphere.

The room was stunning, Ela was so helpful with check in and even arranged taxis to get us to and from the property. She provided restaurant recommendations that were lovely and suggestions of sites to see around the city. It was a lovely mix of modern facilities with historical character.

Could not get the TV to connect to the wifi so had to hotspot from our phones. No other issues, we had a lovely stay.

This is a lovely and quiet place, perfect for a couple. The rooms are beautifully designed with a unique style, and very spacious. The staff were helpful both before and during our stay, especially with arranging parking through a concierge service—which is really useful in Siena, where driving is limited and not recommended. The location is excellent: just 2 minutes from great bars for an aperitivo, and only a 5–10 minute walk to all the main attractions in the city.

Nothing to mention—it was a very pleasant and smooth stay.

It was in a great location within walking distance to the city center and lovely restaurants and shops. The property was very nice and exceeded our expectations. It was in an old historic building that had been renovated and updated to a very high standard. Ela was a great host and met us on our first day to show us around the apartment and even offered us a choice of which room we preferred.

Everything was perfect and I would definitely return here when I visit Siena again.

Ela was incredibly nice and helpful. My daughter and her friend (in a nearby apartment) and I (staying at Residenza d’epoca) needed to catch an early morning flight out of Florence at the end of my stay. We had 3 large suitcases and the bus/train schedules were too early or too late. Online prices for a private driver to the airport were crazy expensive (250 euros+). Ela secured a price for me that was still expensive but doable given our constraints. The driver was perfect and on time. Ela made everything easy for us. The room was very large. Bed and pillows were great. AC worked well. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Bottled water in the mini fridge. Shower very nice. Shared common area immediately outside all the rooms with coffee station and packaged breads. Didn’t use it, but it was available at all hours. No elevator but I think all the rooms were on the first floor off the common area. Location was very convenient. I walked everywhere.

Minor things. More counter space in the bathroom. A place to set shampoo and soap in the shower.

Ella has been incredibly helpful from start to end including all communications prior to stay. Close to the centre and all attractions. Plenty of very good restaurants nearby to try. Room was huge with a very comfortable bed, kettle, water, huge TV, sofa. Bathroom had massive walk in shower and plenty of toiletries. Communal area (which we didn’t use) had tea and coffee machine plus pastries. Couldn’t fault this place and would highly recommend.

Everything was great. Only thing to be aware of if you have mobility issues you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs but they aren’t long.

The location is perfect. A short walk( 5 mins max)to the Campo and all other sites are close by. This is a restored residence in Sienna. This is not a full service hotel. You are renting a beautiful room only that is comfortable, lovely, quiet, modern, and the air conditioning works fantastic! If you have traveled around Europe you know that can be a challenge in the summer. All rooms are up two flights of stairs. There are probably about 6 rooms to rent I think. It is well situated. Ella, the manager there is extremely helpful. She understood that my husband has some disability challenges. She made arrangements for our car to be taken to a garage for 3 days ($30.00 euros per Day) and delivered to us when we left. Ella also arranged for taxis for us as needed, and of course directions for us everywhere. She is very in tune to what is happening Sienna. There is not a breakfast served but there is a room you can make coffee. There are many places close by for caffe/ pastries nearby. I highly recommend this place if you do not need the amenities of a full service hotel.

Beware, many places inside these small tight cities/towns say they have parking but it is really metered street parking blocks away.

We couldn't arrive on time but, but the owner was very understanding and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. Location is great for visiting old town and all the attractions.

The only thing that comes to mind is that it's rather a long trip to get there from train station - even if you take a bus to shorten the route, not very convenient if you have luggage.

Very close to the Campo and Duomo. The staff recommended a local valet service for parking which saved us the headache of both parking overnight and getting around what is a very busy city.

Having to pay extra for bedding for the sofa bed which I assumed was inc in the room cost. Not much in terms of communal guest accom and breakfast kitchen a little underwhelming.
