Plenty of easy&safe free parking space. You can have very tasty take away dinner and variety fruits from a big grocery store, 450 m from the hotel. It's safe to walk around the surrounding area at night. Our room were spotless clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plilows. Large bathroom, where towels were changed each day. Strong WIFI. Delicious breakfast with a lot of things to eat, especially fresh vegetables. Great location to visit San Gimignano, Sienna and Pienza. Helpful and friendly staffs. High value for money.

Due to our journey plan, we checked out early in the morning and missed the fabulous breakfast. However, staffs also woke up early to prepare food packages for us. Sorry for the rather dark photos attached. It's raining most of the time we'd been there. We have only few minutes to keep a nice memory of this hotel.

We spent at Toscana Ambassador only one night after a long road trip and we really needed a good rest. At our arrival at the hotel we have been welcomed by a very professional and nice staff member. The check-in went smooth and super easy. We booked two connected room. Rooms and bathrooms were generous in size and very clean and the beds were really comfortable. After a restful sleep we enjoyed breakfast, that was included in our reservation. The buffet was generous, with fresh fruits, coffee, cappuccino, fruit juices, cakes and croissant. We really appreciated our first experience at the Toscana Ambassador and we'll definitely come back on our next trip across Italy.

I have booked this hotel many times, the staff Anamaria and Ramona are very welcoming and professional and give a home like feeling. The hotel is in Poggibonsi, close to San Gimignano and easily accessible. The building of the hotel is modern and hygienic. The breakfast, in particular, was exceptionally varied and delicious. All in all the experience was great and I will be back next time! ----Sherry.Li

Very convenient location, only few minutes outside the highway, the proximity to public transport and big market. Hotel is in a strategic location between Florence, Siena and other small Tuscan towns. Big and clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff extremely professional, kind and attentive (both at reception and at breakfast):-)

Everything was perfect

Not far from the center, there is a big supermarket close to the hotel. The room had modern furniture and was quite clean.

Breakfast is quite poor. It is the typical hotel dedicated to high school excursion, so you should expect youngster disturbing your sleep if you are a light sleeper - like me.

Loved the location how easy it was to travel around Tuscany with local transportation close . Staff were so friendly and breakfast had loads of variety daily . Rooms were spacious , comfortable beds , clean and quiet ! Close to a grocery store as well as amazing restaurants in town .

Very polite staff. Modern reception hall. Nice restaurant and the breakfast buffet quite rich. Clean. Large area for parking at the front or nearby. Good location to explore places in Tuscany by car, with easy access.

The room could benefit from a renovation. The paint of one wall was bubbled and peeled at some places.

We liked the location that is equidistant to the major locations in Toscana and costs a fraction of what you would pay in a Florence. The location is easily accessed by car and there it has free parking on site. Breakfast was also excellent and at a very convenient price.

nothing, everything was perfect

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was stylish and the walk in shower was wonderful!

There was no restaurant !! Or any food available apart from breakfast, for a 4 star hotel of this quality this was not good. Also, as the hotel was across a river and a rail line from the town this was really a requirement.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. We were also satisfied with the breakfast that was offered. The ‘city center’ is a 10-minute walk away, but it’s very pleasant to walk along the stream.
