The air conditioner was fantastic in the heat of summer, very easy to switch on and off too. It was a pleasantly unexpected surprise to find a balcony attached to my room, beautiful views of the hills and nice to sit outside. The bathroom was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets very clean. The breakfast was very nice, mostly sweet cake options but also yoghurt and cereals as well as coffee and juice machines.

Not a huge issue for me but the bathroom was old and this showed with the shower doors not closing properly and so after à shower there was always water on the floor that needed mopping up with a spare towel.

Very clean. Bus stop just outside the hotel, you can be in centre in cca 17min by bus. 40-45min walk to centre, 20-25min walk to hospital/uni. Good breakfast. Great value for money if you do not mind the commute to centre. Lovely view from the balcony.

Very soft and thin mattress, pillow. Bad sound isolation, you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. Not for you if you want to stay in city centre.

Very close to the Siena train station, easily accessible via 5 minute bus ride or 20-25 minute walk. Good breakfast, comfortable room. Staff was wonderful and friendly!

The bed itself was a bit uncomfortable. I would've loved a lamp in the room, as I found the overhead light to be a bit intense.

The shower was excellent. The young lady at the front desk who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

Did not care for the breakfast. They ran out of eggs an hour before breakfast was even over. Walls were paper thin. Noisy neighbours. The outside of the property and building need work

I stayed here several times while searching for permanent accommodation. I kept returning because the staff is very kind and the breakfast is great. Definitely the best hotel I had during my time in Siena.

Bed was a bit small and uncomfortable but everything else above expectations

Everything was on top. Good location, wonderful view of Tropea, spacious room, very clean room,the property managers very helpful. They assisted us on everything we needed and gave us useful tips for Tropea. I 100% reccommend this hotel.

Breakfast excellent, location away from town. A good bus run every 20 minutes.

Other than distance from town. I could not complain.

Everything was perfect. If you have a car it a perfect location but if it’s not I suggest you rent a car because there are no buses coming to the hotel late in the evening and transportation becomes impossible
