Breakfast was excellent, the staff were helpful and the location was good for visiting the area. Also free parking nearby.

The luggage drop of was a bit awkward due to traffic regulations and there was a bit of a climb from the car park to the hotel, but if you are fit and healthy not a problem. European adaptor plugs did not seem to fit the sockets in our room but there were sockets elsewhere that could be accessed.

I thought hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable, Mary the lady that served us our food everyday was an breath of fresh air to meet in the morning, couldn't do enough for us, so friendly and helpful, always full of chat, will definitely visit again.

Our only problem was you couldn't park near hotel, it was off down hill, so was very awkward when you'd to carry luggage up but that couldn't be helped based on where hotel is situated

A beautiful hotel located in the countryside. A great breakfast spread each morning that is hosted by an extremely friendly lady! The room was large and the bathroom was nice and modern. Restaurants right next door are lovely as well.

It is located at the top of a very big hill, this wouldn’t deter us from coming in the future we would probably just rent a car next time to save the walk up and down with our luggage.

The staff was incredibly helpful and really made us feel welcome. Our lodging arrangements fell through, and this place was just the hidden jem we needed to save or trip. The dinner reservation the first night was fantastic, and things just got better from there. My whole party of 14 guests loved our time there.

Location within city walls, spacious room, characterful building, fantastic breakfast.

Could not get access until 3:30 even if only to deposit bags. Location above bar did mean a bit noisy at night but not a big problem for us.

Convenient location to visit Toscana, quiet, in the old center but close to parking, good breakfast, great terrase under the trees next to the hotel

The access to the bathroom was from the children's room, noise of the bathrooms installation, small window

The staff was superb! :) They even offered to guard our baggage after we checked out, just so we could go sight-seeing in rome :)

The adresses of two different houses is a bit of a coin toss and an annoying side-quest to locate the correct adress. If you are arriving late at night with tons of luggage and a sleeping child. Otherwise - everything was great :)

Mary at reception was so accommodating, only asked to leave baggage until check-in and she organised room there and then even though 2 hours early. Buffet breakfast very good.

Excellent location, very comfortable room with everything needed. Very helpful staff, great breakfast, especially the sweet cakes. Highly recommended.
