This villa is located in a beautiful environment. Everything was green and bright, I loved the flowers, the pool, the bar near the pool - this is a great environment to relax. Furtermore, the Villa also has a great restaurant and breakfast is exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, there are some rooms on the ground floor that have neither shutters nor proper black-out curtains, so there is light in the room in the morning. The decorative curtains are nice but they do not function well, and the curtain rod is also too short to keep out the light. See the attached photo. This is a pity, since it would be easy to make these rooms more comfortable.

Amazing property near the Chianti Classico region, perfect for families and kids! Location is great to explore the region around; rooms are well designed spacious and clean, good views of the rolling hills. The staff is excellent, is great with kids and often goes above and beyond for young families. Valentina was very knowledgeable and helped us book a tour of an amazing vineyard nearby, and provided excellent recommendations on things to do in the area. Breakfast spread is great and food quality is amazing! The parking is also right next door, and well secured. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Baso, the dog too!

Pool isn’t heated, so it can get a bit chilly In the Spring. Mattresses for the baby cots or cribs aren’t great, please get the proper crib mattresses instead of the folding foam pads which are very thin and keep a weird shape. Otherwise the arrangements for the baby were great!

Everything! - Quiet location, perfect for relaxing both indoors and outdoors - Very friendly staff. Sylvia suggested great places to visit and Pietro who took care of us during dinner - Varied freshly prepared breakfast and delicious dinner menu - Spacious clean rooms - Lounge areas/bar to unwind - Nice view from our room - Private parking Will definitely return! :)

The property is beautiful! We went in the summer, just as the roses in the garden were in full bloom. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet is a must! What a lovely selection of breads, cereals, meat and cheese to start the day. And definitely try the dinner as well- the dishes were well done and fairly priced. The staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. We also spent the evenings at the swimming pool- relaxing by end to the day.

WiFi is not up to the basic standard. It kept getting cut off and we had to re-login every couple of hours or so. We know having a kettle in the room is not a standard practice in Italian hotels but it would be good for the hotel to at least provide it in the common area for guests to use. we have travelled extensively in Italy in the past two years, and this is the first time we experienced no free tea/coffee in the room/near our room.

Pool and bar area were great, staff were excellent and very attentive. Piazza at night for drinks really made our stay and the atmosphere was great. Breakfast very morning was excellent with a great selection.

Room category wasn’t quite as expected based on the photos, although this didn’t spoil our stay as was clean and spacious.

It was exactly what you imagine when you picture a villa in Tuscany. Absolutely beautiful. Lovely room, clean and comfortable and a really pretty pool area and grounds. Secure gated parking. The receptionist was warm and friendly and remembered that we’d requested a vegan meal for dinner which was reassuring. Breakfast offered a good selection of buffet options.

The head waiter was pompous, strutting around with his iPad and had no knowledge of the request for a vegan meal. He dismissively offered a salad followed by spaghetti in tomato sauce or a main course of roasted vegetables and nothing for dessert. He took our wine order which never came but was included in the bill which we had to sort out before signing for the meal. We cancelled dinner for the second night and found a fabulous plant based bistro in nearby Volterra, superb!

A Tuscany dream! The best service you can ask for - so personal and attentive that it felt like a 6 star hotel. All the staff are so incredibly helpful and always have a Yes attitude towards customers. One of their staff Alberto managed to save our car with his incredible driving skills! Their restaurant is amazing too - we attended a barbecue dinner with live jazz band - a dream! Location is the best too - close to Florence, Chianti, Siena, San Giminango, Volterra so you don’t have to change hotel every day. You really can’t go wrong with this wonderful wonderful hotel!

Absolutely nothing!

Wow wow wow. What an exceptional villa. We weren’t sure what to expect. But everything was beyond amazing!!! The room, the location, the staff, the pool, the amount of chairs at the pool, the bar at the pool. The chef who would go to the markets each day and create a bespoke menu for the evening, the staff were gorgeous and the breakfast great.
