We loved everything. The house and garden is beautifully located and so well maintained. The view from the breakfast and dinner room is just magical. All employees were so friendly and fulfilled our every wish! We even extended our stay and will defiantly come back! Also the pool area is so nice and relaxing and you can watch the sunset from the pool! Also the wine selection was excellent. Thank you for everything!

The location is amazing, breakfast was delicious, view so peaceful, staff so nice and welcoming, pool perfect to chill. The position is really convenient to explore the surroundings.

I would stay again in this property no doubts. If I have to say something and make suggestion that would be: - sunbeds need a mat to be more comfy - I I would have preferred more comfortable pillows (one was really big and hard) - Wi-Fi is not the best (which is ok cause a place like Castel bigozzi is more for “offline days” than other but if you need a good connection to work or be online it could be difficult) But again the stay was totally worth it

We had a great stay in the heart of Tuscany, very well located between Siena and San Gimignano. We were warmly welcomed and treated very well throughout. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was promptly resolved and we were moved to another room without any hassle. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, varied and generous. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, surrounded by a gorgeous landscape of valleys and views for miles. The resort has a great restaurant with views over the olive tree fields and serves great food. Breakfast served daily is also high quality, it includes more things to chose from than most other properties. We had a private balcony that we used everyday and the pool area is surrounded with lounge chairs and also has gorgeous views over the valleys.

There was one staff member who failed to get back to us on questions or requests we made on at least three occasions, the rest of the staff were brilliant and very attentive.

The place is beautiful and of great value. We had a great experience with a lot of things to do there. The staff is kind and professional. The rustic infrastructure helps create a Tuscany mood in the place.

Just the toilet needs some maintenance, but it's understandable due to the old infrastructure.

Everyone was so friendly. When we arrived, we walked around the area as the room was not ready yet. Beautiful surroundings with several small towns nearby where you can walk up the castles. It is the perfect location to unwind, find rest and be surrounded by an oasis of peace. Whether you want to lay by the pool all day, end your day with an outstanding dinner, or drive through a nearby city for a wine tasting or Italian restaurant - everything is possible.

We had an issue with our neighbors, and could hear them late. Wish they would enforce courtesy hours. Our problem was quickly rectified. Fast speed internet would help to download and allow guests to surf and work if need be, on devices.

The location is a bit far off from the centre, but once you get there you forget everything. The views from the hotel are amazing and represent what Tuscany is all about. There are many hotels with nice view in Tuscany, but view like this. The hotel restaurant if also amazing and they have some nice wines too. So i would definitely recommend eating at the hotel.

It was exactly what was promised. An old building in the heart of Tuscany int the middle of an olive orchard. Unfortunately we only spent a night there and wished we could have stayed longer. The restaurant was also very nice with a nice view of the sunset over the hills. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and beautiful. Overall, we would come back at anytime in a heartbeat

Good central location in Tuscany, good base for doing day trips. great views and nice surroundings. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant is expensive but food quality is outstanding. Good breakfast with proper barista made coffee.

We had a suite which was a little tight to access as its in the roof space. On arrival the room was cold and is only sparsely furnished (rugs on the floor would be a nice, help counter the very creaky floor) a lot of the floor space is useless due to the slope of the roof almost meeting the floor. When we enquired about heating they told us they don’t turn the heaters on at this time of the year and the air conditioning is single cycle for cooling so we don’t leave the remote controls in the rooms at this time of the year. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Our shower recess had hair and pubic hairs in it when we arrived, and the lighting in the bathroom is dim especially with a faulty light that only half Illuminates. Pool was green so we were reluctant to use it.
