A great budget hotel, clean, large comfortable bed, a fabulous authentic restaurant 5 mins walk away and a short hop into the centre of Siena from the bus stop right outside. Room cleaned every day. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. A great base for a trip to Siena. There’s also a pool area but we didn’t use it as only there for 2 nights. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Siena.

Nothing. There was some traffic noise from our room but it didn’t bother us.

Very nice staff, swimming pool available, breakfast with a great choice. The walk to the city center is not perfect but it’s not that bad. There’s around 300 metres without the sidewalk but the street has lights.

A room was a little bit dark as it was on a ground floor. Could you a better lightbulbs. It would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom for some cosmetics.

Brilliant location but a touch noisy on road side. Payable private carpark but free town car park available. Lovely pool area. Breakfast was copious. Bus to Sienna just outside hotel for 1€ per person per trip. Amazing restaurant within walking distance.

Pool access via stairs or walk around the hotel, access via carpark.

On the outskirts of Sienna aprx 20 minute walk into the town and a minute walk from a lovely caffe. No issues with the hotel and there is a free car park just next door

Be careful around the pool area the tiles are very slippy and deck chairs unsafe. We witnessed 2 people fall down the steps and one persons chair collapsed on them in our 2 day stay

Nice hotel nearby all the main communication streets but also quick to walk at Siena downtown with less then 2 Km walk, there is also a rather big free parking nearby and charging EV column in front.

Maybe a little bit noisy due to the main road in front but not a big deal.

Warm and friendly staff very knowledgeable and advised us how to get to the main attractions. For us it was only a 15min walk. The breakfast was nice. Good size room. Free parking nearby. Roadhouse restaurant right in front, very conveniently located. Good insulation on the windows despite being on the main road.

It was not a hot day but the aircon didn't look too powerful. Despite being a short walk to the main city, there's no pedestrian path for part of it with high walls clouding the view of pedestrians from cars. Be careful.

The breakfast was great with lots of variety. Our room was clean, comfortable, and just as we hoped. We really appreciated that the staff took all our requests from the booking into account. Would definitely come back!

The rooms were very nice with great large bathrooms and big showers. The swimming pool was perfect for the time of year.

Our room faced the road and there was no way to close the shutters so it was extremely loud all night long since the hotel is located directly on a main road. Also it says it’s a 20-25 min walk into the town centre which it is but it is up q lot of extremely steep hills that were a lot in the heat.

Staff was simply amazing I can’t say enough on how helpful they were in anything we needed. Rooms cleaned every day the pool was sparkling clean until some younger people showed up and broke a chair left garbage wherever they roamed but staff still quickly got it picked up pool cleaned. I would definitely stay again!

People that came and disrespected the property would be my only complaint.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very convenient location, next to the bus station. Rooms were big enough and clean. Also the area with swimming pool is nice for relaxation.

The only thing I was missing was some cups for water and maybe electric kettle in the room.
