We loved our stay in this beautiful house. The owners were so hospitable and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very spacious, we had a bonus room with kitchen table and tea and coffee making facilities. The view from our kitchen was provided by being French doors that opened up to a small balcony perfect for sipping Chianti and enjoying the view. Our bedroom was spacious with a gorgeous windows with breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside and Siena. We didn’t want to leave 😊 The cathedral and museum and town square were all within easy walking distance of our accommodation. There is a small convenience store and laundromat around the corner. The breakfast was delicious.

We loved the property and have no complaints. Information good to know though: While the accommodation is in the heart of the city it is a long steep walk from the railway station. We used the taxi service to get there and depart. The house does not have a lift and our accommodation was up 2 flights of stairs. We found our large suitcase heavy to get up there but managed.

This location takes you back in time as the rooms are huge with stunning balcony views, high ceilings and even some painted frescoes. Truly a unique experience. Like a small villa in the heart of Siena. A common breakfast area is available 24/7 to allow to you store wine or food for your room. Breakfast is continental style and delicious. The best part is sharing this space with other guests in the morning with the view of the Tuscan hills out the double door. All of Siena is walkable from here. We arrived by train and needed to hire a taxi to get to this location in the historic center. We left Siena by bus at the bus stop in the historic center about 9 min walk away. No need to go back to the train station. Siena is amazing and this location really adds to the experience. Great communication via WhatApp or Booking.com messaging.

Staying at BnB Paolina in Siena was an unforgettable experience. The room was absolutely stunning — it felt like stepping back into the Middle Ages, with every detail carefully preserved and full of character. The furniture alone was museum-worthy — in fact, you’d usually only be allowed to look at such chairs behind a rope in a gallery, but here, you get to sit on them! The balcony was magnificent, offering a breathtaking view over the city — truly one of the highlights of the stay. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This place is a real gem. Simply luxurious and full of charm!

The property has exceptional views and is located near to all attractions in the old city. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast was warm and filling.

The second room in our suite was not furnished in a way to maximize use of the space. It had a table and chairs but would have benefited from a sofa so that one could enjoy the views. There was also dust in the room’s corners. The hosts seemed to be calling it in. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and didn’t pay attention to the fact that only one of them was open on the day we would be eating. The service wasn’t personalized.

Beautiful large room. We were in a King room with balcony which had a great view. Breakfast was great. Samira our host was very welcoming and helpful. We arranged to drop our suitcases to the BnB before parking the car in Il Campo. Samira organised for us to be allowed within the city walls with the car to do this ( you are allowed 30 minutes).Also gave us a QR card when we checked out which reduced our 2 day parking from Euro 70 to Euro 50 ( Siena is very expensive for parking). Location was good. In a quiet area but only a ten minute walk to the major sites. Wished we could have stayed longer as its was very relaxing.

This is one of the top booking.com stays I have ever had! The property is part of the outer"wall" of the city and our room had a large window overlooking the Tuscan hills. The shared balcony has a lovely wine table and chairs with views of the gardens below. Idyllic! We loved the very modern, cool bathroom and shower. It is a perfect spot for couples looking for a getaway. Plenty of tea, coffee, and breakfast in the beautiful breakfast room. We parked our car free of charge nearby and walked about 200 meters to the address. You do need to be able to walk upstairs/no lift.

Bathrobes, otherwise pretty perfect for a reasonable price.

The astounding views and the history of this beautiful historic home that had been in the host’s family for seven generations, exceeded our expectations of what our stay in Siena might be. Despite being located close to the most popular parts of the city, the accomodation is situated in a quiet street and provides possibly the most expansive and breathtaking views of Tuscany. Giuseppe and Samira were kind enough to share their family’s lengthy history in Siena with us. They were highly attentive hosts and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit.

The B&B has historic charm, with beautifully preserved architecture and decor that transports you back in time. The room where I stayed was tastefully decorated, blending antique furnishing with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable and cozy retreat. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking scenic views. From my room, I enjoyed stunning panoramas of the picturesque village and the rolling countryside. The location is perfect for exploring Siena. It is within walking distance to numerous charming restaurants, cafes, and historic sites. However, it's worth noting that the streets are quite steep. While this adds to the authentic experience of staying in this historic town, it might be consideration for those with mobility issues.

While I can appreciate the quiet, stealth-like manner in which the hostess laid out breakfast, I found it lacking in substance. The breakfast selection was rather basic and could benefit from more variety and heartier options. Additionally, the hostess was not present during the entire breakfast period. This absence was a missed opportunity for her to engage with guests, offer assistance with immediate needs, and enrich the overall experience with personal interaction.

Very friendly host. Good breakfast with plenty of choice considering we were the only guests there. Beautiful old building with lovely painted ceilings and the most fabulous views from our room and the breakfast room. Comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Very easy to access all the major sights in town.

Shower room is glassed in at one end of the room, and while very nicely done, it is easy to accidentally walk into the plate glass . Some marking on the glass would make it safer.

The apartment was large and rustic, with a beautiful view that made our stay in Siena special. The host was kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was wonderful — generous, varied, and delicious. There were quite a few flies at first, but we sprayed bug repellent and quickly resolved the issue. Still, the overall experience was positive and authentic.
