Our family of 5 loved the spaciousness of the apartment and it's proximity to the key sites in Siena. It was an easy 3 minute walk to The Duomo di Siena with some very good restaurants and cafes on our street. Our favorite meal was at a restaurant directly left as you exited the apartment doors (they only take cash). The washing machine was an added bonus as we were a week into our vacation and needed a few things washed. It was quite hot in Siena during our visit and the air-conditioning unit cooled the apartment well. We also had a rental car and parked at IL Campo Garage, which was about an 8 minute walk away. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

It was sometimes difficult to get a prompt response from the host. The directions to apply the discount code for public parking was a bit confusing. And, the pictures of the property were a bit deceiving, as our apartment did not have access to the beautiful courtyard shown in some of the pictures.

Regis Condo is in the heart of Siena very close to the major attractions. The office staff was available from 8am to 2pm each day and were very helpful with holding luggage and any questions I had. Free unlimited breakfast was at Bar 4 Cantoni just a short walk down the street. The kitchen was well equipped and laundry room very helpful. All facilities worked well. Parking was about a 5-10 minute walk away at Parcheggio Il Campo and cost €140 for one week.

Beautiful apartment in the center of Siena, just a few minutes from Piazza del Campo and Duomo. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable king-size bed and a cozy sofa bed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the coffee and herbal teas provided. The shower was definitely a highlight, and the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch.The inner garden was lovely. As welcoming as the apartment was, the staff was even more, incredibly helpful, allowing us to leave our bags both upon arrival and after checkout

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment, including each bedroom, was very large. One bedroom had an attached bathroom (full with shower) and there was a second bathroom (with shower) as well. The plumbing was excellent. The showers were roomy with great water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. The living room and kitchen areas were spacious and clean. The location was very convenient to see all of the sites (around the corner from the Duomo) and next to fantastic restaurants and cafes. The check in desk was very friendly and called us taxis when needed. This was appreciated as we did not have a local phone number and taxis are not easy to secure. During peak season (May - Sept) you may not see any taxis in the taxi stands in the Siena city centre). There are only ~50 taxis servicing the city.

There is no elevator in the building. While we were able to manage, it may be a problem for others. To even reach the first floor from the entrance, there is a set of stairs. Our apartment was on the second floor. It may be something to ask about when booking.

This apartment was even nicer than the pictures. It's very, very large and had really good air conditioning and security. The windows blocked street noise very well. It is an incredible value.

We had no complaints about this apartment. It was much nicer than we had imagined. When we made a mistake with the TV that caused the sound to go out, they sent someone within a few minutes to fix it.

This extremely beautiful and spacious condo filled with light has every amenity needed for a wonderful vacation in Siena. Centrally located, you can walk to all historical sites, restaurants and shops. The staff are extremely helpful and respond promptly to questions…they were unbelievably helpful in accessing taxi service in a city where these services are known to be difficult to obtain. The small restaurant next door is also amazing and delicious. We would definitely stay at Regis Condo again!

Unbelievable apartment. Had a bit of fun getting there but it is a fantastic location. Massive rooms with beautiful tiled flooors and high ceilings. Great shower, comfy bed, huge lounge room. Loved it. And if you like bars get along to Bader Birra chiosco and Caffe Le Logge. Both fantastic

Great location - very close to cathedral and town square. Pretty courtyard accessible from the flat (we had the split level 1 bedroom flat) Rooms were ok-ish though a bit rustic.

Check in process was remote - instructions on an lcd panel in the building directed us to the incorrect room and c1hr after we had entered another family knocked on the door saying that it was the apartment they had booked in. Phone number provided via booking.com went to an answerphone in italian. A few other apartments in the same building had the same passcode to obtain keys.

Great location; easy access to campo, places of interest and food. The apartment was huge. It was well appointed with comfortable furniture. Bathrooms were modern and had enough hot water. WiFi was also good. Also had a washer which came in handy.

Apartment building didnt come with a lift so note that you will need to lug your luggage up the stairs.

It was a super apartment, split level, with all of the amenities including a great courtyard to relax The location was fantastic with restaurants, cafes & supermarkets right our doorstep, with Piazza del Campo only a couple of hundred metres away Would highly recommend We stayed for 2 weeks & we’ll be back
