Clean, comfortable. What you would expect from a known chain of hotels. Can’t fault it really!

Was a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car.

Magdalena was an important plus on our stay providing us with crucial information as non turistico restaurant, place to Buy luggage, direction and made réservation for us. She Also provide us with wine glasses and plates when we préfer to eat dinner on our room. Please thank her on our behalf. We Also enjoyed breakfast and it's ladies whom provided us with greatly appreciated Ice when we left to visit all Day long France and Sylvain from Canada.

Very small fridge that could't fit a wine bottle.

The hotel is conveniently located for those traveling by car. The center of Siena is accessible on foot, with a walk taking approximately 25 minutes. However, it should be noted that part of the route lacks a sidewalk along the busy road.

- The personel arrangement is somewhat too rational, with the same personnel handling both the reception and breakfast service simultaneously. - The tables in the breakfast area are arranged with two seats each and it's worth mentioning a strange incident during breakfast, namely the very strict "receptionist/waitress lady" did not allow a four-member French family to combine two tables and sit together...

If you come with a car, there is a very convenient 24-hour parking lot, a very nice guy met us at the reception 24:00. The room is small, but very tidy. We were really satisfied.

The only downside are that the room is rather cool, which reduces the feeling of coziness, it's a shame that we couldn't warm up the room even with the air conditioner, because we couldn't adjust it. And another drawback is the breakfast. Super basic. So plan better to eat breakfast in the city :)

the pleasant reception and the servicelevel of the personnel > at the desk, during breakfast and the chambermaids, all very pleasant and smiling. the room was clean, no noise from other clients, and can be reached by elevator. breakfast was good, not overdone, but good coffee and lots of yoghurts, fresh fruit and sweet cakes. the location of this Best Western is very useful for visitors of the old city Siena, there is a frequent busservice from across the street. the bus, no 54 takes you into the city-center in 5 minutes:piazza Indipendenza. it runs until about 8.30 pm, so if you leave later you just take a taxi back to the hotel, that costs about 12 euros.

The location was great you could take a bus to city center a walk from the hotel or you could walk to city around 30-40 minutes...the hotel is clean and comfortable beds.a lot of spaces for parking..nice and helpful staff...we had very good breakfast with Al lot of options...

No garden or place to sit outside to enjoy the breakfast,but this is not an big issue as I guarantee you will enjoy the breakfast...

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also really good. The room is very clean.

The location is really bad! For pedestrians it’s almost impossible to walk to and from the hotel to the city center. It’s not the hotels fault, but there should be done something. The people of Siena drive really fast with their cars in those non walkable streets.

The location is a bit outside the city centre, but that was fine for us. Can reach the centre easily by bus, although the bus stops driving at 8.30pm. We walked back to the hotel, but you can take your car or taxi.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Good breakfast, the mattress is fine. You can walk to the city centre, use the bus or with your car. Madalena and the reception staff are very helpful. If I return to Siena, I would book this hotel again.

This is a modern, well appointed hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with good breakfasts. Staff were both pleasant and helpful.

The location is a bit awkward. Although younger people could walk to Siena Centro we are past that and so a local taxi or bus is needed, not a big issue if you don’t mind waiting.
