The property is stunning. Such a wonderful location for exploring nearby Tuscany, but still having a tranquil base to return to relax to. Alessandro was amazing- his dinner was incredible (some of the best food we had in Italy) and he did everything he could to make us feel welcome. A Truly magical stay!

Nothing! Was wonderful- dinner isn’t available every night so when prepared to go to the nearby town for dinner some nights.

The villa is beautifully located, offering magnificent views of the Tuscan hills, has a cosy beautiful garden. Parking is easy. The room has everything for comfortable stay, spotlessly clean. I’ve honestly never seen such impeccably white sheets and towels Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and everything tasting delicious. The hospitable owner made us feel very welcome, personally preparing coffee and hot chocolate for our son. If we return to Tuscany, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and cosy, with the best view over Tuscany. The swimming pool isn’t just a pool, it’s a celebration of water - with pool beds so comfortable you’d have a better chance waking up Snow White than me after an hour in them.

This property is amazing. Beautiful view, nice clean rooms, perfect location and great pool. Can’t fault at all this property . We will be recommending it to family and friends. I would say one of the nicest accommodation that we have stayed at. The owner Alessandro is such a lovely person. He made us laugh and was so helpful. He cooked us a sensational meal one night and went out of his way to cater for our vegan daughter. Breakfast staff were also lovely and breakfast was delicious. Thanks for such a great stay.

Charming, enchanting property just 10 minutes away from san gimignano center. When we arrived , we were shocked at how beautiful the villa was, every corner was well tended to and restored beautofully while maintaining the ancient charm of the place ... with a beautiful pool overlooking all the tuscan scenery.. The owner alessandro and his sons were very nice and accomodating The room is great, perfect size witg very comfortable bed and the views from the windows were amazing, we slept with the windows open and felt the beautiful cold breeze all night It was amazing to sit in one of the many corners of the villa garden and enjoy a bottle of wine late at night It was a place out of a fairytale book

The location is exceptional. It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and offers wonderful views of the Tuscan landscape. In addition, a very beautiful garden with many different trees and flowers. There is a large and comfortable pool area where it was very nice to rest on a hot summer day. All the staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, especially Alessandro who was very kind and caring. If possible, I recommend attending Alessandro's dinner, because the food he prepares is absolutely delicious and the whole atmosphere is simply wonderful.

This property is breathtaking, absolutely stunning since I have felt in a movie. It is not about a hotel, it is a true experience of staying and living a Toscany life for the time lenght you spend there. The room myself and my friend stayed was large, comfortable and again, looks like a truly elegant family house. In the morning, after an outstanding sunrise (which started by the room's window), we were delighted with a fantastic and mouthwatering breakfast.. It was the first stopped in Toscana and was by far the best place I have stayed. Alessandro, congratulations for your place! Thanks for your warm welcome!

We've planned only 1 night in Casale del Cotobe, once we were in our way to Siena and Montalcino. I should have stayed1 2 nights in Casale del Cotone to stroll around.

Exceptionally beautiful property that is also well maintained! Very nice, friendly host (Alessandro Martelli), who went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. The dinner he served was amazing. He also accommodated our early morning departure by making the breakfast earlier than their regular time. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The air conditioning in the room didn't work, apparently because the central system was still set to heating rather than cooling due to the change in seasons. But the night temperatures were cool enough that we could leave the windows open and had cool breeze.

Alessandro runs a GREAT Place in a super Location. The house is full of "style" fully fitting the owner... all well done... with the necessary touch/look of "roughness" Authentic. Perfect location to visit San Gimignano and all Tuscany, well organized. Relaxing Park for Sundowners and nice pool. Alessandro is probably the "coolest" host Italy can offer,,, and he is a fantastic cook! Book a dinner.

Well, the estate is absolutely incredible. Alessandro, the owner is unique, very relaxed and an incredible cook. Exceptional Tuscan, home style cooking. The apartment we were in was simple, very nice. Overall, a place to go. If you want a beautiful place, good food and very nice vibes, you must visit this place. Oh I almost forgot it is just a few minutes away from lovely San Gimignano!
