Newly renovated room with a beautiful spacious bathroom and fully functional kitchen. The saltwater pool is incredibly nice to relax in with a nice view (not really designed for swimming when there are more people in it), on the other hand it doesn't have opening hours so you can swim there before breakfast or later in the evening. Very pleasant and helpful owner.

The accommodation was on the ground floor, so there were ants in the room, of which there were many in the whole area. But this was solved by repellent. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a fan which is really noisy (so we didn't use it in the evening so as not to disturb the neighbours above us). Comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday

We had our breakfast in our room. It was a continental breakfast: coffee, juice, bread, jams, butter, yogurt. Delicious and simple. The premises are very picturesque, gorgeous views on the vineyards and Toskana hills. A relaxing atmosphere, interesting destinations within a quick reach. The owners are very sweet. We loved the place and will keep tender memories of our stay in this property.

Very nice agriturismo in the beautiful Tuscan hills. From the garden terrace you can enjoy the view to distant San Gimignano towers. Our apartment featured all needed for 4 adults 3 days stay. Beware of mosquitos, which were very active, even in mid October. We had to purchase anti-mosquitos appliances, as they infested our rooms, before we've noticed and close the anti mosquito net at front door. But these insects are unavoidable in the middle of nature and such beautiful garden of this villa.

The location is a "10"! Rented a car in Florence and stayed for 10 days here. They provide hot stoves and utensils for cooking which I highly recommend going to the 'COOP' for all basic food needs. It's 5 min. drive to the food store. San G is 10 min. away from restaraunts/shopping. If you want a calm, cool vibe go here! Ask for Rosina (mom) that basically runs it and Elisa. This is the coolest family you'll ever meet! Old school and polite! I LOVE THEM! - Tell them Dino sent you.

Beautiful property with outstanding views across to San Gimignano, a 5 minute drive away, surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. Loved the garden and the super clean pool and patio area. The room was very clean and came with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Our host was super friendly and even gave us a very good bottle of red wine on arrival. Little touches like that make you feel so welcome. Fantastic value for money.

The only thing we struggled with was the hardness of the bed, but what is hard to one person is perfect for another. You also might struggle when it gets really hot as there is no air conditioning. We were there when it was 30 degC during the day and found it comfortable with the ceiling fan turned on above our bed.

Spacious rooms with beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, host very friendly although there is a bit of language barrier. Free ample parking. The location is about 4 km from San Gimignano town itself - easy to get to by a car although you have to pay for parking at San Gimignano. Good seating is available around the property to enjoy the views. Good sized kitchen is there with utensils, 1 x fridge freezer + 1 x fridge. Plenty of cupboards. 2 x separate rooms were given with good sized comfy beds. Overall our stay was excellent and highly recommend this property.

Far for any take away services to deliver to you. So you have to drive to San Gimignano if you want a meal. Overpriced breakfast

This property is absolutely beautiful and in the ideal location! With views of the Tuscan mountain and vineyards on one side and the perfect skyline view of San Gimignano on the other. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. Nice to have our own terrace to enjoy the weather and views. The pool is perfect! I would love to stay here again the in the future.

Nothing that would keep us from coming back but some things to know - you can hear the other guests through the apartment walls at times. We went in June and the apartment didn’t have AC so the nights were a bit hot.

The apartment exceeded my expectations. Particularly the size of the apartment for 3 people and the fact we had 2 full washrooms. The staff was extremely friendly and so nice, the location with the scenic view of san gimignano was better than I imagined or saw in the pictures. I had no disappointments with this apartment.

The wifi was a bit weak in some parts/location of the apartment.

Everything! A beautiful garden with splendid views and pool. Peaceful location near San Gimignano (you need a car). A free parking. Clean and spacious room, modern bathroom and efficient faciloties (AC, fridge, TV). Every room has a furnished terrace. Very nice hosts as well. Perfect experience.

Not enough towel rails in the bathroom. Lots of mosquitos - remember to bring a repellent.

If you travel by car. This is the best place for you. It's a bit out of the city of San Gimignano (10 min drive) but you get an amazing view and quiet. You have free parking there and it's easy to travel from there. This place is Tuscany at its best.

There is no AC which may be hard if you come on warm days. But there are fans if you are ok with that
