The property is very nice. We stayed on top floor and it was fun Pool area was ok Air conditioning was top Breakfast was excellent The staff was very nice and efficient

Absolutely amazing!! In every way. The service, the staff, the hospitality, the facilities, the beautiful vineyard, gardens, pool, breakfast, wine- All AMAZING. We wished we could have stayed for a month. 3 days was no where near long enough. We will definitely be back. Highly reccomend this beautiful welcoming warm accomodation. Very accomodating for our baby providing a baby chair and toys for her. Beautiful complimentary bottle of wine when we left 😭 I nearly cried. Highly reccomend!!! We met people that have been returning here for years and I see why. San Gimignano is a great Tuscan village 👌 very close. Only 4kms.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Having a car was essential to help us get into San Gimignano which was a 5 min drive. The room was exceptional with a really comfortable big bed, great bathroom and fantastic air conditioning which was much needed. The pool is lovely and the breakfast the morning after was great. Would 100% recommend and can't wait to stay here again on our next visit.

Absolutely fantastic stay - one day would come back in this property with great pleasure and more friends and more time to have more leasure. It was well kept where old style met a new style. We also used a pool which was cherry on top of the cake although it was already very refreshing in October, but was compensated with still warm sun. The best hotel during our stay in Tuscany.

Incredible stay in this paradise! Outstanding house with outstanding supporting personnell (breakfast, reception desk, swimming pool...). Erything you dream of is there: delicious breakfast buffet, good wines, beautiful park and swimming pool. In one word: paradise!

Attention and care for guests from all staff. The place is very beautiful, the breakfast is excellent and the experience with Pic Nic was amazing.

The hosts were very kind and the outdoor location lovely.

I didn’t appreciate the Wi-Fi not working in our room when we arrived, but it was Sunday afternoon so they were unable to fix it until Monday, but they did their best to help us. I also would have liked mosquito netting in our bedroom as I like to keep the windows open.

Excellent location, very nice room and comfy beds. Garden area is beautiful with a nice view over San Gimignano. And a very nice gesture of the staff to gift away two bottles of wine.

Only thing that would’ve been nice was a small refrigerator for water, drinks etc.

Everything, it is beautiful, very friendly staff, and very helpfull, very nice room, perfect setting - it was the perfect plase we even stayed longe than planned - and we are wine farmers and it was nice to stay on a working wine farm - we were even invited to the owners birthday which we unfortunetly couldnt attend

Beautiful, cozy location, quiet and with a wonderful view of the area. It‘s also just a few driving minutes to San Gimignano. The staff is very kind and made us feel right at home. The room was nice and decorated with lot of nice details that fit well together. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
