We had a great time and wished we could have stayed another day! Great place to relax with nice amenities. We loved the spa/pool we used it both days and had a treatment there too. There are a few nice areas with lovely landscape to sit and enjoy, read a book or have a drink and enjoy the views. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We also loved the food at the bistro for lunch, quality and good value.

The food at the restaurant for dinner was a tad pricey and lacked some of the basics, considering it’s the only option for dinner it would have been good to have some basics on the menu and better pricing.

A little slice of paradise. We stayed at the hotel with our grandchild and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a ground floor room with private garden close to the pool. The hotel is surrounded by an outstanding vista of the Tuscan countryside. Incredibly peaceful. The room we had was spacious with a lovely jacuzzi bath. The outside pool had sun loungers and plenty of shade on a sunny day. There was a comprehensive range of food for breakfast which was enjoyed in a cool dining room with stunning views. We enjoyed half board. The food was superb and the staff ensured we were able to eat earlier due to fit in with the baby's bedtime. The hotel was one of the best I have stayed in and cannot recommend it highly enough.

Restaurant food was delicious and well priced. Spa was a great bonus and massage was well priced although a little tricky to schedule. Room was nice had a great view, my biggest complaint was the hardness of the bed. I like a hard mattress but this was time for this one to go. Also there were several chairs but no real place to put our luggage. We were only there 4 nights so kinda living out of the suitcase. Staff was beyond great and delightful.

We had one snag with the hot water on the day we were leaving but got it back just in time. Also no where to put our luggage.

Lovely hotel with a great pool, ideal for hot summer days (we were there in a heatwave). The staff were friendly and helpful.

The doors slammed quite loudly so it could be a bit noisy when other guests came and went. Make sure to have a car as it's not possible to walk anywhere or catch public transport.

The property is fabulous - the rooms are very comfortable, the spa and wellness area were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was really brilliant and the staff were lovely. I would love to return. The lunches and dinners were great too.

There are no kettles in the rooms - it’s a small thing but it makes a difference in my opinion.

Breakfast was wonderful, as was dining area. Bar area was wonderful for ordering light meals, drinks, sitting space. Staff was great; my massage therapist was excellent!

Parking was very crowded during the holiday; cars were very closely parked to each other ; would be better if closest areas were enlarged

Great hotel if you want a refuge from sightseeing at busy towns. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. lovely to feel the breeze by the pool and set up the loungers in the shade to see the view. Very clean and comfortable beds. If staying longer than 3 days and eating at the hotel the menu is the same. Luckily they opened the bar so had more choice of food. Really enjoyed the spa which costs £30 extra. I had a great massage as well. I would highly recommend buy def need a car as can’t walk anywhere as high on a hill and no path. Loved the view and piece and the typical Tuscan houses that now have rooms to stay.

Would have liked more variety on the menu. More coffee machines as breakfast can get very busy Fans or better air con in the overall hotel. The rooms air con was fine

Property was clean, beautiful views and staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. About a 20 minute drive to town, staff was very helpful in helping us get taxis. Breakfast was good.

Shower was not the greatest in our room, a bit awkward to rinse hair because you had to lean back because shower head was so close to the wall and you also had curve of the tub to deal with.

The location is amazing - very close to one of the best places in Tuscany - San Gimignano, including a view towards the town from the outside pool. It's also very quiet, green, and the view from the restaurant is great. Breakfast was tasty, fresh and varied, and restaurant was OK for dinner. We were there in spring, so couldn't enjoy much of the spa/pool offers, but they looked real tempting.

The room, and especially the bathroom, was basic and a mixture of styles and influences. It didn't look good, the flooring wasn't even. Not sure if all rooms look the same or we got an older room, but they do need an update and refurbishing to keep up with the outdoor beauty.

Everything. The location was great - lots to do in the area. Beautiful view from the resort, spa and pools were good, but unfortunately have kids hours only in the morning. It was nice if there was a slot in the afternoon as well. Breakfast was good.
