The hotel has an exceptionally beautiful location with a fantastic view of San Gimignano. The apartment in the pavilion was an upgrade and exceeded our expectations with its amenities and offered every comfort. The breakfast was not only delicious but also plentiful and left nothing to be desired. The entire staff from reception, restaurant up to the general manager were always supportive and extremely friendly. Also a nice surprise the hotel noticed my wife birthday und surprised her with a large bouquet of flowers and a bottle of sparkling wine. Overall a great experience, I can highly recommend this hotel. For sure we will come again.

The views, the food, the staff - all perfect. The restaurant & pool area exceeded our expectations. So relaxing! The view from the bar area is picture perfect. There was a great band on the night we stayed who were brilliant & added to the atmosphere. The public areas of the hotel are really well maintained & the added bonus of coffee, tea, water & cake at any time is such a nice touch. A coffee over looking the views is a piece of heaven!

We booked a triple room for 3 adults- the second bed was a small sofa bed & very uncomfortable. The room was quite outdated & small. It was adequate for one night.

At the accommodation, we were not informed about breakfast - time interval, location, how to get there. No directions to the restaurant. In the morning we had to cross the courtyard in the rain (together with another group of tourists - also uninformed) to find the restaurant, although from the building where we were staying there is a hallway and an elevator through which you could access the dining room. I discovered them when leaving from breakfast. Our room, without any view, faced somewhere behind the courtyard between some walls. Outdated room - needs renovation/upgrading for 4* Too expensive and pretentious for the services offered

Superb location! I would come back to this resort if I ever visit Tuscany again, just for the location. The hotel is nice, the surroundings are amazing and San Gimignano is just a few km away. Other places were also super easy to reach. Nice breakfast :)

The restaurant is outdated and didn’t somehow belong to the rest of the hotel interior. Also the scent in the room was too strong and we couldn’t stand it. The staff could be more kind and attentive but I feel like this is lately missing in all of Italy. Seems like everyone working in customer service is fed up of tourists.

Location was great if you had a car. Swimming pool was refreshing especially on hot days. Breakfast was reasonable.

We chose that property thinking as it was noted on Booking.com, that there was a shuttle into San Gimignano. As it turned out, there was none and it cost us 25 euros each way each time we went into town for dinner. There was also no coffee making facility in the room which is quite disappointing for a 4 star establishment.

Stuff were very friendly specially Gaya and Barbie. Lovely hotel not modern but a very good and relaxing vibe The hotel was very clean.(the rooms and the lobby smell really good) The pool is great ! Huge selection of breakfast options. View is breathtaking Free parking at the hotel. 7 min drive from San Gimignano

Everything was really as a hotel should be experienced! The only thing i can think about is that there is no kettle in the rooms only in the lobby.

The room was magnificent. It was more an apartment than a hotel room. Considering we traveled with two kids, they really enjoyed the space they had available to play while we were getting ready. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Even the sofa bed was nice. The breakfast was tasty and rich enough

Not much really. The only thing i noticed that was a bit out of tune is that the way from the main hall to the restaurant is pretty long and shabby. Considering the rest of the context that could be improved

My Husband and I were here for our Honeymoon and the staff made sure we were treated right. From the complimentry Champagene to the nice roses and beautiful decoration prepared it was simply amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the food was amazing.

I will just say a little more variety at breakfast in regards to things like sausages and bacon i'd suggest beef/chicken option for those of us who do not eat pork.

Very beautiful and scenic nature, exceptionally beautiful views from the hotel. Quite close to San Gimignano and a very high quality restaurant with a lovely breakfast and a good swimming pool.

Some of the staff - administrators - were responsive and friendly, but others were very reserved, lacked a personal approach and seemed to ignore our presence. On the other hand, the waiters and cleaners were very nice and friendly.

Location was great with fantastic views of San Gimignano. Facilities are great and restaurant staff was great!!!

Rooftop bar had great set up and views, but unfortunately bartender could not make simple drinks (mojito and gin tonic). We also order 2 rooms and asked them to be closed to each other (Traveling with teens) but although hotel response was positive, when we got to there the rooms were far apart, not ideal).
