Apartment with a separate, spacious bedroom and a large living room with kitchen. Both the bedroom and living room were very roomy and comfortable. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. TVs available in both the bedroom and living room. Functional and reliable Wi-Fi. Excellent view of the sunrise. Unfortunately, the apartment didn’t have a terrace, although one appears in the photos — it seems that only one of the apartments actually includes a terrace.

We loved our stay here! The best view we had on our trip to Italy, and the biggest space. Everything was well maintained and clean. Appreciated the washing machine. Bathroom compact yet efficient, bed very comfortable. Very short walk to the bus stop and an entrance into Siena, as this place is just outside the wall. We loved walking around Siena and exploring. We decided to stay here because of the location and it has free parking. Even though our car rental fell through, we were happy to have stayed here. We had one very rainy day, so picked up pasta and made our own dinner. Had all the equipement we needed to make a nice meal and eat it at home. Aurora at reception was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying here for a visit to Siena.

This is not a "didn't like" but a heads up to other travellers. We had to purchase our own coffee pods, which we didn't have to do anywhere else in Italy. The kitchen is well equipped but there are no condiments - not even salt or pepper or oil. They did provide one washing machine pod and one dishwasher pod for our four night stay. You cannot get Netflix, or Youtube on the tv. TV stations only.

Large room, easy to park hire car, took advantage of washing machine and microwave. A short walk into the old city.

There was no brush or cloth to handwash dishes, or to wipe down bench tops. The room had a balcony but it was not really pleasant as it overlooked the carpark and was noisy from the nearby road. This place is not a hotel, the staff are only present for short times so you cannot arrange to leave luggage there before or after your stay.

Nice accommodation. Parking good. Some items useful. Kitchen area handy. Induction stove cooked well. Nice pans too. Bed adequate. Views from windows amazing.

Shower drain slow to empty. Freezer was in need of defrosting. Some appliances need more description for use. Water temperature not too hot for kitchen.

The bed was so soft! A lot of the beds I’ve had in Italy have been hard, I finally got a good nights sleep! I had a whole apartment with small kitchen area, even a washer/dryer for clothing AND there are views from the balcony. Location was great, 10min walk to Siena center. Staff was so friendly when we checked in, gave us advice on what to do in the area. This was one of the best stops on my Italy trip. Definitely worth a visit and stay here!

Literally nothing, perfect place to stay!

Location to the ancient city was excellent. Good sized apartment with excellent facilities. We had a Studio Unit (Room 103) with a balcony which was great and the unit was very quiet and comfortable. Front reception staff (Gaia I think) was very helpful with any questions. The Aircon worked well during the hot days and the refrigerator also worked extremely well (compared to some place we had stayed). I can highly recommend this residence if ever visiting Siena.

A couple of very minor things. The shower kept going hot and cold but it was manageable. The bedroom curtains could not be pulled fully across to cover the windows. We had to tuck them behind the shelf. Both these items were easily fixed.

It was very comfortable, had everything we wanted including a washing machine! The views were just incredible you could listen to birdsong from the window! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, though the WiFi was patchy so mainly had to use data.

Comfortable beds, big rooms. We were made to feel special for out 35th wedding anniversary by the staff with flowers.on the bed. Location was ideal for accessing the Piazza Campo.

Great value for money and Location is very close to a port. Parking on site , plenty of room and even a washing machine in the room . Small things like a cheap drinks snack machine at reasonable prices was also very handy for after hours.

Air conditioner a little archaic and loud but did work

The apartment was comfortable, and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plenty and reserved for residents of the hotel. They location is perfect to visit historical center of Siena, some 10-15m away on feet.

The pillows were quite hard and getting a good sleep can be a problem.
