The place was absolutely beautiful, around 10 minutes drive from Siena centre. Stefano was so welcoming and lovely, he told us from the moment we arrived that he was at our disposable whenever we needed. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing, homemade classic Italian breakfast. I would highly recommend this to absolutely anyone who is looking to stay in Siena. More than worth it!

Nothing - it was PERFECT

The room is renovated and had a lot of character. The breakfast room was on the main floor and our room was up a narrow, steep staircase but the owner was kind enough to carry my bag up for me. The owner made a great recommendation for dinner in Siena and we actually ended up eating there 2 nights in a row.

We were a little further out of Siena than expected. The roads are narrow and windy and I would not recommend driving them after a few glasses of wine in the evening. The breakfast was basic compared to other places we stayed but was fine to start our day.

Stefano went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. There is private parking on site, an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool to spend time outside. The breakfast was lovely and thoughtful (even including gluten free options). The rooms were clean and air-conditioned, which made our stay even more comfortable. Stefano even made a reservation at a restaurant for us when we arrived later than expected. Stefano goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

The property is only reachable with a rental car and there are no restaurants within walking distance.

First of all, we have to congratulate our host, Stefano, who was amazing - very courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The accommodation is very nice, in beautiful surroundings and easy to find. Siena is not too far away there are restaurants close by. The room was beautiful with all facilities and the bed very comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again. Well done Stefano!

There wasn't anything we didn't like

We had a really lovely stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. The place was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable. The garden was beautiful, full of blooming flowers and a peaceful atmosphere - it was a real pleasure to wake up to! We would love to come back and warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

Stefano is a fantastic host. Imagine arriving in the middle of a thunderstorm, and he comes out to meet you with an umbrella. Then he takes you to your accommodation and offers you a coffee. What more could you ask for in a moment like that? :) A truly helpful host. For me, the location was perfect because I was traveling through Tuscany. Breakfast – just perfect.

This B&B excels in many areas. Firstly... location. It is 10 minutes out of Siena, and has its own parking. 2ndly, its clean, well equipped and comfortable 3rdly, the breakfast is good. 4thly and most importantly,....is Stefano! Stefano is the host, and he goes out of his way to make you feel at home. From restaurant recommendations, or where to park, or tips where to visit.... Stefano is the magic in this property. A great place located just a 15-minute drive from the heart of Siena. The room was clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Italian-style breakfast was great. Stefano, the owner, was very hospitable and professional.

Our sleep was disrupted during our first night by a student party that lasted late into the night, apparently a regular occurrence every Saturday during the summer.

Our stay at Il Pozzo Di Sant’Andrea was absolutely amazing! The place was beautiful, the rooms spacious and clean ; It’s the first time we’ve felt at home, thanks to our amazing host Stefano! He was so welcoming, helped us with our bags on arrival and made us so comfortable. He made our stay absolutely perfect and the breakfast was delicious and generous! If you visit Sienna, you need to book at Il Pozzo. Thank you Stefano!

Nice territory, clean room. Very hospitable owner Stefano. Breakfast was nice (only sweet stuff though, if you want savoury breakfast-it’s for extra charge).

The smell of cigarette smoke is strong in common territory of the house. Apparently it is allowed to smoke inside (which was unpleasant for us as for non-smoking people). We stayed on a second floor, and hardly could use WiFi, maybe signal extender/router can be a good idea.
