Wonderful stay! Cecilia was so kind and welcoming. She offered great suggestions on places to visit in Siena, local restaurants, helpful maps and guides. The B&B was easy to find, just off a main road about ten minutes outside of Siena. Free onsite parking. The advertised rooftop terrace and breakfast balcony were not yet open for the season, but Cecilia was very accommodating in helping us arrange breakfast on the balcony in our room when we explained our high risk COVID situation. The room was lovely, in an 18th century converted villa full of charm. Just a lovely time in Siena, highly recommended!

Nothing really. I wish the rooftop terrace had been open as I'm sure that would've been great, but that isn't a complaint. We'll just have to return in summer, I guess!

Beautiful 100+ year old villa with lots of personality and history. Hosts were excellent. Check-in and parking were easy. We enjoyed staying at this older beautiful villa that reminded us of how pensions used to be. Hosts were great and helpful and were willing to share stories and history of the villa and surrounding area. We bought a liter of olive oil grown on their family orchard.

There is bus access to the main part of town, but it was really not convenient. Back patio was closed due to being the end of the season.

We really enjoyed a pleasant stay at Villa Sant' Andrea. The building is an old villa, interesting and unique. My wife also loved the beautiful garden where she had some relaxing time. The parking is in the garden area, is spacious but the entrance and exit needs caution because it is straight at a crossroad. Cecilia was very kind and always helpful. Breakfast (not a buffet) was rich with local products and home made sweets but we would like more variety from day to day. The area is very quiet but far from facilities. The distance by car to Siena is about 10'-15'. The most convenient parking for us in Siena was 'Il Campo'.

I would like to have a desk in the room so I could use my laptop or take down some notes, I had to go to breakfast room for this. Variety from day to day in breakfast as I mentioned before. Entrance and exit from parking. I found the bathroom a bit narrow for me.

We visited Siena by car and only for one day. Therefore, the location of Villa Sant'Andrea was excellent. It is close to the center and parking for quick access to the cathedral, and it also has its own parking. It is a beautifully restored old Tuscan villa with nicely arranged and clean rooms. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good, and the ingredients are locally sourced. Good value for money.

Charming old Villa with nice big rooms. Very well equipped. In a beautiful area close to Sienna. Breakfast was pre-paired by the owners and they have a lot of passion. A table were nicely set for us outside which was great with stunning views and atmosphere. They put in great effort to make sure we were happy. Good coffee as well. We enjoyed the stay.

Location is an old villa which was very well preserved - they kept the original paintings on the ceiling. I love the fact that it had a small terrace with a nice view of the Tuscan country life. Breakfast was very good, although they don't provide buffet, you have options to choose from. Room was very clean and well furnished. Location is close to Siena, but in a more quiet place.

There's nothing that we didn't like, everything was perfect.

The hostess was lovely and spent a lot of time helping us figure out how to get where we wanted to go. Breakfasts were delicious! The room was lovely and had a beautiful balcony.

I didn't realize how far out the hotel was from Sienna; it is very close to a bus stop and once you get the hang of it, it worked well - just be prepared to travel in and out of town.

This is an 1800 Villa, and it was wonderful. Cecilia and her husband were great hosts. The room was very clean, you have a private bathroom, and the breakfast is delicious. The sweets are home made, and the morning cappuccino it is barista style. We had the chance, that the hotel in Florence canceled my other booking and we got the opportunity to stay 2 more nights at Villa Sant'andrea. On site you have a parking spot for your car ( 5 rooms, 5 places). We definitely recommend it if you plan a trip to Tuscany, in 10 min you arrive by car at Sienna, 1h from Florence, 30 min from San Giminiagno. And if you book it, you should definitely ask for the wine tasting on the small terrace on the roof.

The room, breakfast, and service were excellent! Cecelia was a wonderful hostess and communicated prior to and during our stay. She was extremely accommodating with our schedule. We don’t speak Italian but she was very good with English and made us feel very welcome. We would give her a 10 star rating if we could! We felt that we made a new friendship! The other staff members were also very kind and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our only drawback was transportation. We didn’t have a car and had to take taxi to get around, which became a bit expensive. Cecelia was very helpful with calling the local taxi for us.

We had a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed the local feel of the B&B. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with delicious fresh local fruit! This is an old mansion but it is very clean and charming. Cecilia was so helpful and really knows Siena well and offers great suggestions. I’m so glad we stayed here compared to a larger more corporate place.

I liked everything. I’m quite big so shower was a little tight (understandable given the age of the mansion) but great water pressure and very clean.
