We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property near Siena. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the hostess was quite helpful and obliging. Reserved parking was by the front door, Though the road in front can be busy, we found our room to be quiet. Access was smooth once we figured out that the property entrance is literally at one of the points of a three-way intersection. A new guest could drive by the nice estate home behind an open gate without realizing it's his destination, but upon returning, if he's cautious and alert, it's easy to enter. We very much enjoyed exploring Siena on foot and also driving through Crete Senesi (a scenic area resembling the Val d' Orcia) on a rainy day.

It is a lovely villa, very close to Siena. When you walk in, it feels like you walked into the early 19th century. They have very strict rules for renovation, so you have to have that in mind, because it is not modern, but it gives you an amazing experience. Room was spacious and it had an AC. You have a private bathroom. It is clean. The breakfast was great, home made cakes, you have savory and sweet options. The hosts were absolutely lovely, they told us about the villa and showed us the painting. We really loved the experience.

We travel quite a bit and we have stayed in many B&Bs but the breakfast provided at Villa Sant”Andrea is beyond compare, many of the dishes being homemade. And that is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg - the owner and her staff are hospitable to the point, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cherished. If you also take into account the wonderful location of the villa (near not only to Siena but many other old charming Tuscan towns) we cannot recommend staying here highly enough.

Wonderful stay! Cecilia was so kind and welcoming. She offered great suggestions on places to visit in Siena, local restaurants, helpful maps and guides. The B&B was easy to find, just off a main road about ten minutes outside of Siena. Free onsite parking. The advertised rooftop terrace and breakfast balcony were not yet open for the season, but Cecilia was very accommodating in helping us arrange breakfast on the balcony in our room when we explained our high risk COVID situation. The room was lovely, in an 18th century converted villa full of charm. Just a lovely time in Siena, highly recommended!

Nothing really. I wish the rooftop terrace had been open as I'm sure that would've been great, but that isn't a complaint. We'll just have to return in summer, I guess!

Beautiful 100+ year old villa with lots of personality and history. Hosts were excellent. Check-in and parking were easy. We enjoyed staying at this older beautiful villa that reminded us of how pensions used to be. Hosts were great and helpful and were willing to share stories and history of the villa and surrounding area. We bought a liter of olive oil grown on their family orchard.

There is bus access to the main part of town, but it was really not convenient. Back patio was closed due to being the end of the season.

We really enjoyed a pleasant stay at Villa Sant' Andrea. The building is an old villa, interesting and unique. My wife also loved the beautiful garden where she had some relaxing time. The parking is in the garden area, is spacious but the entrance and exit needs caution because it is straight at a crossroad. Cecilia was very kind and always helpful. Breakfast (not a buffet) was rich with local products and home made sweets but we would like more variety from day to day. The area is very quiet but far from facilities. The distance by car to Siena is about 10'-15'. The most convenient parking for us in Siena was 'Il Campo'.

I would like to have a desk in the room so I could use my laptop or take down some notes, I had to go to breakfast room for this. Variety from day to day in breakfast as I mentioned before. Entrance and exit from parking. I found the bathroom a bit narrow for me.

We visited Siena by car and only for one day. Therefore, the location of Villa Sant'Andrea was excellent. It is close to the center and parking for quick access to the cathedral, and it also has its own parking. It is a beautifully restored old Tuscan villa with nicely arranged and clean rooms. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good, and the ingredients are locally sourced. Good value for money.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful - far exceeded my expectations! Cappuccino was the best also🥰 Staff was just lovely and the hotel is really charming with on site parking

Hot- fan didn't work- luckily I brought a small travel fan but the top floor really needs a cool down at night

authentic Italian villa from the end of the 19th century, under the protection of the municipality, which leads to restrictions in the interior - the rooms are not large. Wonderful and abundant breakfast, very responsive hosts

outside the city of Siena near a stop, but not very frequent transport.

Charming old Villa with nice big rooms. Very well equipped. In a beautiful area close to Sienna. Breakfast was pre-paired by the owners and they have a lot of passion. A table were nicely set for us outside which was great with stunning views and atmosphere. They put in great effort to make sure we were happy. Good coffee as well. We enjoyed the stay.
