It was clean, comfortable bed, had a balcony with furniture to sit outside.

The basic stuff like hair dryer was 2 euros on top. Also no kettle or coffee to make in a room. Bed and breakfast without breakfast :) and all is blamed on covid, which has no restrictions anywhere around in Tuscany.

It was very easy and convenient to get the bus to the city centre. The B&B was clean and comfortable. Parking is easily available.

Quiet hotel with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the restaurant nearby, really good local food is recommended by the receptionist. The parking was a great value, easy to park. We had the possibility of buying some drinks after arrival at a very reasonable price.

We arrived at 20,30 and we were charged 20€. I understand it is clearly explained in the hotel rules but due to an accident on the road, it was not possible to arrive before.

Excellent host - extremely helpful. He explained in detail on the map all parking facilities in Siena, before mentioning the bus 51, which turned out to be an excellent option to reach the city center free of worries.

The single bed is very narrow and the mattress, thin. Guests value the quality of their sleep, so think about it.

The breakfast should be improved. Only sweets at the breakfast is not for everyone.

Super nice host with a lot of suggestions. Room was very clean with nice bed and bathroom. Decent view from a couple of the windows. Not in the main part of town, but there was an excellent restaurant and coffee shop within a two minute walk. Easy parking for those with a car

No kitchen or laundry facilities of any kind. Cleaning fees and limited use of a communal fridge and areas.

The host is very helpful and friendly, the place is very clean and quite, well connected with transportation, good view and good scenary

the price was a little bit higher than expected especially it's totally outside the city

The view of Tuscany hills is gorgeous. Sunsets are amazing here.

Small room. Not rustic, nor modern. Towels smell terrible, they must've been very old. You need to pay 1 euro for the hairdryer...

Towels seems a little rough and actually had an old mildewy smell once they were damp. Sometimes just gotta move on from old towels

We were made to feel so welcome and the host gave us lots of excellent local information which made our stay really special. The room was cosy and clean, the surroundings were a beautiful way to see the city of Siena.

The air conditioning was not particularly strong.
