It was a comfortable hotel in a beautiful, rural setting, with friendly and helpful staff. It was a little removed from Siena, but there was a good bus service.

The pedestrian crossing outside the hotel had no pavement adjacent to it and would be safer with traffic lights. Also the bus service finished early at 2000 preventing dining in Siena.

The guy at the reception was incredibly helpful and sweet. Breakfast was really good. Also location is really close to Siena by car. Would recommend to families or friends who travel by car or are willing to take a taxi!

The bed was comfortable. The front desk clerk, Ignacio, was very helpful. Easy to get into town by bus.

The shower was a bit cramped. Little packets for shampoo are inconvenient.

Loved the outdoor area and plenty of food available for breakfast for those with no dietary requirements. At least there was nice fruit.

As I require gluten free and dairy free options it would be nice to see some a little more choice. I was lucky to have my own GF bread available. I can appreciate I may be a minority, so I certainly dont mind if the bread has been frozen, to keep cost down.

This place was right in the heart of Florence Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful

Great location, there was a bus stop right at the end of the driveway to take you into Siena and the room was spacious
