The location was fantastic, and the facilities are great. We loved the pool and the large gardens.

We needed a google map link to find the location. Compared with other similar properties we have stayed in, we expected a bit more - eg bottles of water in the fridge, light bulbs replaced, bathroom supplies to be topped up, and pool towels available in the apartment.

The accommodation, the location, and the host - everything was amazing. The beautiful apartment, surroundings, the pool, the silence , the very intimate touch with the beautiful Tuscan nature from the comfort of the apartment and the whole facility. It had only one fault that we could not stay more than 2 nights. We definitely want to return. Gabriele is a very kind person.

Just perfect in so many ways. Beautiful pool, table tennis and pétanque onsite. Wonderful owner, Gabriele, who always went the extra mile to help and is just a lovely person. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped. 100% recommend this beautiful place for a holiday!

The property is absolutely stunning and there is lots of room for children to run around and have fun. The apartment was spacious and the owners gave us a high chair to use for our daughter. The owner was so nice and friendly and I can’t reccomend the place enough! We will be back when it is warm enough to use the pool.

Coffee could have been provided

Really beautiful location, big pool, very quiet. The rooms were clean, we had a house with two bedrooms (be careful to specify if you want two doulble beds). One bedroom had two separate beds with no option to put them together. The nearest city is located about 15 minutes by car, there are no markets in the area (walking distance). Location is amazing.

There are no washing items provided by the accomodation, so better bring your own.

It was an extended stay for us (30 days), our first long "workation" (working remotely via laptop from there), and it was a real treat. Our lovely hosts made a great effort to ensure stable and good quality internet, so we could work from early until lunch, and then enjoy a relaxing day at the pool and around the property, or dash to Siena or San Gimignano for lunch and do some sightseeing. The central location in Tuscany of Le Mascie is perfect for day trips anywhere from Florence to Montepulciano and beyond. Our hosts always provided us with great tips where to find great food in the area, the little hidden spots most guide books miss. But the units also have proper kitchens, so we could also prepare our favourite Italian dishes ourselves when we didn't feel like going out. The apartments are very comfortable (nice and cool on a hot day) and spacious. The whole property is very well maintained and cared for. Overall we felt really at home, and it was very hard to leave. Thank you so much for a great time, we'll be back.

Possibilities for kids. There is a swing, table tennis, grill and very nice pool.

Equipment. It deserves little bit more. We missed a blanket in main bedroom, kettle and basic bathroom stuff like shower gel and shampoo.

Very nice and well-kept typical Tuscany country house, near Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Certaldo (up to 30-40 minutes by car) Florencia, Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano (up to 60-75 minutes). 8 different sized of apartments should be for rent. Don't be afraid you will have enough privacy, even in case they will be all rented out. Host family lives there as well so are during you state entirely to your disposal with great tips for restaurants, shopping, etc. Especially Gabriel is taking care of your well-being. He is a very friendly fellow with very good English. The pool is amazing (i guess 15 per 10 meters) and you can use it anytime. Lots of umbrellas and sunbeds around. The Garden is well kept and looks very authentic.

It was so hot outside during our state 35C+ that air conditioning would be appreciated, but if you don't let too much sunshine inside during the day it will be acceptable inside. Some mosquito nets should be repaired, so bring some repellent devices with you just for sure. We haven't had a laundry wash machine in our apartment, maybe some have. However, I'm sure that in case I would ask our hosts for laundry service, they will find a solution. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would definitely come back.

location, beautiful garden and pool area, helpful and responsive host

on booking it was described as 3 double bed bedrooms where in fact one bedroom was a twin bedroom. The apartment was rather cold and dark, which can be considered when you travel in the end of the season. The apartment could be decorated in more convenient way, e.g sofas should be close to each other, coffee table was missing. Also, wifi was barely working in the apartment.

We had already been there a couple of years ago and everything was so perfect again, it is like in a dream. And Gabriele provided so great recommendation. We will return for sure.
