Easy street parking. A phone call to owner gave us early check in. The owner lives in the facility so available if needed. He was very helpful. We were fortunate to have the whole top floor with living room, kitchen, and spacious bedroom. A typical Italian breakfast, but the owner did make scrambled eggs. It was difficult to find a restaurant in Randazzo, but eventually we found a good trattoria. An hour or two walking in Randazzo is really all you need to see the city.

The bathroom shower stall was very tiny! Smallest we have seen. We are both slim, but stall was very confining.

Matteo is a great, friendly and accommodating host. The breakfast was way above par including eggs, ham and cheese. Great cappuccino. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a great balcony which due to rain didn't get much use.

The hot water failed a couple times, but Matteo was quick to resolve it. The second time it was easy to access the panel myself on the balcony and reset to boiler.

Matteo welcomed us to a room with a balcony view of Mount Etna! In addition to our room, we had use of a comfortable living room, coffee available any time. Randazza is a lovely old town with limited tourist traffic, making it a delightful counterpoint to other destinations in Sicily. The drive through wine country to reach Randazza is beautiful. Matteo served us a lovely breakfast, seating us at a table with yet another view of Mount Etna. He was a thoroughly charming host, proud of his hometown.

We had a spacious room with a terrace looking out to a snow covered Mt Etna. The views were stunning. The breakfast room had the same aspect. There was a comfortable area for sitting and relaxing here too. Matteo was so welcoming and helpful and accommodating. We were able to store our bicycles securely in his garage and undertake some bike maintenance there too.

The location was great with breakfast views of Mt Etna. The owner was exceptional and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable, including recommendations on where to dine. The room was great, the shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was comprehensive, fresh and very satisfying.

Everything! The host, Matteo, was fabulous! He stored our bikes for us, gave us a recommendation for a local restaurant, and served us an amazing breakfast of hot and cold items. The rooms were spacious and there was a kitchen and living room for every two bedrooms.

It was all perfect.

The place was a delight to come to after a long, strenuous day of hiking. The room was extremely spacious, bright and clean, and the common area with the kitchen complemented it perfectly. The host went out of his way to get me an extra breakfast so I was good and ready for another day of hiking, and even helped me arrange my stay at the next destination. Without a doubt a perfect stay.

Having a deck with table and chairs in my room and in the shared kitchen/dining was so wonderful it’s view of Etna and tree tops. Matteo’s exceptional hospitality. Wonderful breakfast.

Great location just outside the center of town. Matteo, the host, is warm and incredibly helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable. The balcony facing Etna was incredible!
