The hotel was full service with a restaurant (important because the hotel is located in the countryside) , elevator and parking on site. The hotel is located in the heart of Sicily's pistachio country and many menu items feature pistachio in very creative ways. Located on the western edge of the Mount Etna National Park, the volcano looms, in the distance, as is visible from the hotel.

I have nothing in the way of suggestions for improving the property.

Stunning location, well-kept grounds and very peaceful. A beautiful building with modern architecture and beautifully finished, minimalist interior. Staff were very polite and helpful. Good size room and a comfortable bed, modern spacious bathroom and shower. Clean and well-kept.

Breakfast was inconsistent. Not an adequate selection available every day but when available the selection was good. The waiter was very helpful, polite and tried hard to service the guests and responded to all our requests but he needs more help. A few details in the room would go a long way to make this venue exceptional such as a luggage rack to help guests unpack, a soap dish or change to liquid soap, a larger waste bin with a liner bag, and better quality towels.

shower floor was slippery, other than that cant complain about literally anything. the rest is simply out of a postcard

good place with good view of the etna. hotel clean with friendly stuff.

we got the information after the booking that there is an event with music one night of our stay and we might hear it a bit. well it was 4 hours 11pm to 3am very loud and impossoble to sleep. better dont offer rooms these nights or offer at least the option to cancel again.

All amazing, excellent food, lovely staff - fantastic place. Only negative - hard pillows.

Very nice hotel, with a great view of Etna. Nice spacious and clean rooms, very friendly staff. The hotel is close to the city of Bronte and various pistachios farms. Delicious food at the restaurant.

Would be great to have a swimming pool available (looks like it's being built right now).

Rooms have no etna view, only the restaurant. Furniture in the Breakfast/restaurant room at the ground floor is not modern.
