Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. The incuded breakfast was varied and high quality.

The hotel is somewhat dated and lacks the amenities of a more luxurious hostelry but it was more than adequate for our purposes.

The hotel is ideal to reach different areas in catania and staff are so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Close to the centre. Ample free parking. On site restaurant. Basic but good.

Quality/price ratio of the restaurant was a bit high compared with other restaurants in Sicily. Bread was not fresh.

Good, fine local ingredients

Location was very central - just across the street getting into the historical centre. Ample parking right outside the hotel. Arrived at 10PM and still managed to get dinner and an option that was not on the menu.

Although hotel was prepaid we were asked to pay for the room. Despite this we managed to sort this out with Management the next day - All that needed to be done was for the hotel to claim the funds from Booking.com Breakfast options were a little limited.

It was horrible to stay at this place. What we got for the price we paid was horrible. We paid £87 for 2-3 beds room and got a room that was stinking bad. literally as soon as we walked it the smell was horrible. It’s like someone went to the toilet for the blunt two and didn’t flush for days. Maybe it’s the smell that was coming from the drainage I don’t know. Then we realised that the heating was not working. It was 5-7 degrees outside and even with two blankets I was freezing at night. the wifi was not working. even the phone was not working so you could not call the reception. the place had stains everywhere and some spider web. bathroom shower head had so much limescale on it was horrendous. very bad experience with the property. in the end they charged us 20€ less after the complaint.
