The hotel’s attention to every detail was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request, always with genuine care and professionalism. Despite the hotel being fully booked during a particularly busy time (the Pope's funeral), the atmosphere remained calm and relaxed. The design of the hotel was beautiful, and the spa was truly exceptional.

Nothing comes to mind. I’m genuinely struggling to think of anything more I could have wanted from a hotel.

When having breakfast it can get too busy and one feels like you are imposing when asking for service. That is the only time we felt there was a glitch in the service and only when it is too busy Martina at the cafe is excellent In all other placses restaurant or terrace …. It was excellent

Breakfast was above average. No variety, staff tend to forget some orders, which happened to me several time, is it because of shortage of staff or they are over worked

From the moment you arrive this property exudes sophistication. The staff are very professional and attentive, providing outstanding service beyond my expectations. The indoor pool is stunning, such a great spot to unwind in the evenings. The attention to detail in my suite and comfort was unmatched. I loved the views overlooking the Mausoleum of Augustus. The rooftop terrace is a standout, especially during sunset. Bulgari Rome is truly a magical property and by far the best in town in terms of quality, location, dining, service and comfort in Rome. 10/10.

Amazing location, exceptional rooms and decor, incredible staff. The staff is young and energetic, with a very pleasant disposition. Every demand was met within a matter of minutes. Beautiful terrace cafe on the ground floor with. Amazing all day breakfast!

The suite design and furniture are exceptional. Breakfast was exquisite . All amnesties are of exceptional quality. The pool is wow both in design and size. Marble so beautiful . Restaurant and staff were superb and the menu of Chef Niko Romito deserves many stars.

AC in the room was weak and one wouldn’t feel it in the corridors. Danger of slipping on the marble both in the shower and around the pool.

Breakfast was awesome, the staff were all very lovely and welcoming! The tea prepared everyday was very nice and thoughtful, also the spa was very nice!

The restaurant food was mediocre although very expensive. We tried 3 bottles of white wine and they were all dreadful.

Amazing Hotel, amazing staff, that's an example how a Hotel should be. Highly recommendable. Just perfect!
