The location was excellent just one minute from the main street of shopping street. But you need taxi to go to the downtown. I like the receptionist staff were very cheerful and welcoming the gust and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable level and there are not many choices especially the eggs as there are two kinds only scrambled and boiled eggs, but both were cold. When you request fresh eggs dishes as omelet, fried eggs and poached you have to pay. The standard Double Room was a very small only 15meter square and we couldn't be able to walk with two medium sizes of our luggage.

Perfect location within walking distance to the Vatican, St. Peter's Square, the Basilica, numerous restaurants and shops. High foot traffic area with many store and restaurants open until 11 pm, even on Sundays. For late flights, you can safely leave your bags with the front desk until you leave for the aiport.. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone, well stocked. There is a small gym on site as well as lounge areas. Roof top view of the city as well.

There is no pool here. There is a balcony by the breakfast buffet for outdoor seating but it was not open.

Location is very good, safe to walk in the evenings, very quiet but close to Spanish stairs and Trevi fountain. Room 208 was decent size. Bathroom robs and slippers provided. Good hear dryer. Breakfast was ok, very little vegetables. Roof top bar is nice, but pricy, cocktail around €20. First impression was very good, modern interior, comfortable mattress and pillows, but…

bathroom has very poor lightening, shower doors don’t stop the water to get on the bathroom floor. No proper duvet cover, duvet in between two sheets, was messy in the middle of the night. You can’t reduce A/C below 20 degrees, personally was to warm for us. No iron ( reception staff told me it is for security reasons 😖) Only laundry service, €8 per T-shirt.

Breakfast was lovely The rooftop bar was amazing! Staff were super helpful Room was comfy and modern Close to the bus to the airport and also to public transport like metro.

The food was very pricey The drinks were very expensive. My friend was charged 12 euros for a ginger ale, but we weren't told the price until we had to pay and it wasn't on the drink menu. We only found out afterwards that ginger ale is not commonly found in Italy. The bar staff member probably should have said something about the price.

Well located on a quiet street near the Vatican and the metro, where there were plenty of local restaurants to choose from. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a larger room, which was comfortable and had a luxury shower room. The buffet breakfast on the top floor, which had great views, had a good hot and cold selection, including fresh fruit and great coffee.

Only a small thing, but we would have preferred not to have paper cups for the tea and coffee in the room.

Great location Staff super friendly especially the rooftop bar/restaurant staff. All were so nice and accommodating. Rooftop was such good vibes especially with a view of the Vatican and a lovely sunset. Room was small but it was fine. Room was also modern and really nice. Bed was so comfy and very big. Shower was great. Air con was perfect and needed. Bus stops less than 5 minute walk away and easy to get to different attractions.

Nothing bad at all.

We liked everything about the accomodation. Location was beautiful, facilities were very clean and modern, breakfast was really good, room was very comfortable and modern. Majority of the staff were professional yet super friendly. Special thanks to April on the front office. Amazing at her job!

If I was to be picky, some of female staff upstairs, running the restaurant and rooftop bar in the evenings, came across as a little cold and unfriendly.

There was a wide range of breakfast options with good scramble eggs breads and pastries. We like the quiet neighbourhood and the staff at the reception including the cleaning staff we met at the corridor were very friendly. Our cruise arrived Rome very early in the morning and we really appreciated the early check in. the staff were very helpful staff. The room was also in decent size for 3 people.

the electric blind was half stuck and didn't function properly, the shower gel bottle was already half used in the shower. (they did give us two brand new ones by the sink, but would appreciate if the used one was replaced.) the room was a bit dark even with all lights turned on. the breakfast juices were quite diluted.

Everything. The staff were incredible - they let us check in early, phoned and recommended taxis for us and even offered a room upgrade free of charge unprompted at check-in! The location has a brand new gym room, is easy to walk to and from the Vatican, Roman forum and colloseum. As well, I have to say, the breakfast and rooftop dining were incredible. My wife and I are already planning a return to the Orazio based on this experience.

Nothing. This was close to perfection.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was to a good standard , all areas were clean and they have a lovely cosy soda area to make you feel at home. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the Director Marco also accommodated our needs for some memory foam pillows.

To be honest I have been thinking and couldn’t think of any…
