I cannot recommend enough , everybody was so friendly, helpfull and efficient . Guiseppe is a great host . I have only left and I miss Giovanna already with her wonderful voice singing as she works nothing is too much trouble for her she is an Angel . Also Gorgio the night porter with his insight into Sicilian economy.Great breakfast choice and wonderfull views . I will return. Caoi

We were 3 couples staying for 5 nights. This is not a hotel - it’s a home! The staff is just amazing. Everything is so clean and neat. The lady preparing breakfast and serving food is just so happy and walking around singing. The pool is nice and clean. At first we thought the location was a bit far from Taormina old town. But after a couple of days we found the routines for taking the bus up - and the short cut for walking downhill back to the hotel. We came during a extreme heatwave- and thanks to the well functioning air conditioning, the rooms were cool and we all slept well. We loved the stay!

In this region, beauty is found in every corner, starting with the charming train station. Our stay at the Hotel Villa Sirina in Taormina was just fantastic. The accommodations are spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley and the sea, and the breakfast was abundant and well-balanced. The Hotel as an atmosphere of tranquility and familiarity and exceeded our expectations at every turn. The flawless Wi-Fi, facilitated by an in-room router, and the much-appreciated spacious desk catered to our practical needs. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Their enthusiasm, friendliness, and unique sense of humor created a positive atmosphere that resonated with all guests. Their commitment to ensuring that each guest has the best possible stay is precious, and it significantly enhanced our overall experience. The warmth of the Sicilian people is truly unparalleled. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Villa Sirina to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Taormina and eagerly anticipate our return in the future

To enhance the experience, I would just suggest that the hotel provide some convenient lunch or dinner options. On one of the days, the rain was so intense that it was challenging to leave the hotel due to its distance from the nearest restaurant.

A boutique hotel at a good location for visiting Taormina - if you have a car. Otherwise one needs to take a taxi. Although Taormina is less than a mile away, it is not safe to walk on the narrow road with no sidewalks. Our room was quite large with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. The walk-in shower was quite small, but the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The breakfast, served in the garden next to the pool, was excellent, with a wide variety of savory and sweet produce, vegetables and fruits. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very helpful, with recommendations on restaurants and tours. Thanks to Slava for taking our luggage from the car to the second floor (there are no elevators in the hotel). The on-site parking was very convenient.

Small bathroom and walk-in shower.

Breakfast was wonderful. There was a great variety of everything from sweet to savory. There were tables both inside and outside, allowing us to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the patio with a terrific view. The room was small, but quite comfortable. The air conditioning was nice and cool when we arrived and throughout the night. The pool was clean and inviting. The hotel was very well maintained, clean, and beautifully furnished. The staff were all very pleasant and personable. We were able to take a short walk (on a sidewalk) down the hill to catch the bus up to Taormina. We dined along the seaside in Giardini Naxos.

This hotel will stay in our hearts forever! It is so beautiful, the staff are so friendly and helpful and breakfast by the gorgeous pool is wonderful. The breakfast is great and we vegans had plenty to eat, there is a sweet dog who lives here and the pool saved our overheated butts every day!

The bathroom did smell a little bit and the location is remote which makes a little bit difficult to get to. We didn’t mind the walk at all but bear in mind that it’s all uphill so wouldn’t be accessible for those with mobility issues. There is however a bus from €1 a person which takes you to town from the train station which is just a 10 minute downhill walk from the hotel.

A lovely friendly family run hotel. It seemed a bit old fashioned at first but this turned out to be one of its charms! The staff were delightful and looked after us very well. Pool was perfect and in the sun all day.

The hotel was outside the town on a winding hilly road with no walkways so, to be safe, we took a taxi to get into Taormina and back at night. The plus side was that it was away from the bustle of the town and only a 10 minute taxi ride to the town's gates.

Hotel Villa Sirina is like going back in time, there is a gentle calmness about the hotel. It is situated in an elevated position with amazing views over the bay and the hotel grounds. The hotel is immaculate and full of wonderful antiques that add to its charm.

It would have been perfect if there had been a restaurant on site.

Well maintained, clean with a nice view. Giovanna is the absolute best and made our stay extra special. Many of the complaints I have read were about the rude older gentleman but I did not find him to be so at all. Also, that there was construction going on across the way. That is true but it is not like the hotel owners have any control over that. Lastly, it is old and outdated. Duh. You are staying in old villa on the island of Sicily, book a Marriott then. Breakfast was good, and the small bar and light lunch were nice extras.

Parking. That would be my only complaint as I rented an SUV and the parking situation is very tight.

- very friendly & efficient staff - beautiful older building with class & very nice rooms - we loved the terrasse, seaview & pool - superclean / high quality equipment - breakfast was great - 10 minutes walk from the trainstation - a short but steep uphill walk (20 minutes) brings you to Taormina without using a bus / car / taxi

- In both rooms we stayed at could be done some minor repairs (mosquito net, toilet flush, water drain in the shower, squeaky bed) - sicily has in most cities a horrible layout for traffic - also around Taormina, you will have noise at every street except for the pedestrian area
