The host had even prepared a folder with useful information for guests - very helpful. Little fridge in room. Common area with kettle. Plenty of chairs and tables dotted around outside to sit and relax. Nice atmosphere. Within walking distance of Giardini station, buses to Taormina (also possible to walk via trail, although first part of route is at side of busy road with no pavement).

Room was slightly small. Shame it wasn't possible to use the kitchen (only kettle and toaster available - the rest was clearly out of bounds, not sure why). Access from Giardini station felt a bit dangerous walking along main road with no pavement most of the time.

The owner is really nice and accommodating. The room is very clean and well furbished. Super close to a public beach and bus station. Don't worry if you don't have a beach umbrella as they have some you can use freely, which is very handy for someone who wants to travel light. Perfect location to visit both Taormina and Giardini Naxos as it is in between the two. They looked after my lagguage after check-out so I could enjoy the beach before my evening flight. Would definitely recommend it.

I actually liked staying down from the town along the first beach sweeping south from incredible Taormina. Buses run on time and are 1.90 euro each way. There are cute coffee shops, breakfasts etc very near. The property itself is extremely pretty and well laid out. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. DANIELA my host was wonderful ; she sorted my one day tour of Mt Etna and it surprisingly included, care of her, a gorgeous Italian breakfast at a nearby Cafe looking out on the ocean while I enjoyed the sun. All great !!

Very good value for money for a solo traveller - single bed with ensuite, share kitchen, outside tables and chairs. Friendly, helpful host, Daniela. Close to beach, cafes and small supermarket and to the bus which stops at the train station or Taormina bus terminal.

I had trouble turning on the air con. I messaged Daniela who, after I still couldn’t get it working with her instructions, went out of her way to come over to sort it out for me.

The room was simple, but clean and met my needs. I liked staying on the (rocky) beach but getting to Taormina--or where you wanted to go in Taormina--wasn't simple. It was great as a base for day trips as the different tour companies will pick up nearby if you ask, and the train station is a short walk away.

The B&B isn't staffed, so check-in took a little while and though signs offered to book tours for you or rent beach towels, no one was there to do it (though they responded via WhatsApp). There was not a mini market as stated in the description, but there are many cafes and shops nearby. Though called a B&B, there was no breakfast (as stated).

Different levels make the place cosy, beautiful room, place on terace to stay out. The host is helpful and replies quickly on WhatsApp. Recommended!

only little things but most people dont care I believe: It is up stairs, just to know. No boiling kettle (tea or coffee). Only sheet to cover (during cold nights might be problem). Water after shower is pumped back and it is quite noisy.

A charming and cute B&B. Close to the beach, bus, restaurants and everything else you need for a holiday in Giardini. Its a quick bus ride up to Taormina. The owners are super-nice people, and the communication is very good, quick to respond and very helpful. I had a very nice stay at Villa Maria💜☀️

The host was very nice and accommodating and the room was comfortable for a short stay.

The location was not the most pedestrian friendly. While it is a short distance from the train station, there is not a separate sidewalk for pedestrians along the busy road. There is a bus station a short distance away but it does not come that frequently and if the bus is full, it will not let you get on.

The host Daniella is amazing! Helpful, kind, speaks good English. She helped me find the swimming pool in the city and helps to understand the way of things. It was my first time in Italy. Lovely terras, good room and spacious bath room. Close to the trainstation and beach.

I had the room with the single bed, it is 190 by 80 cm, so beware if you are a tall man. It was fine for me.

So much more affordable and relaxed to stay in Giardini, with a €1.50 bus up to Taormina to explore - highly recommended doing this. Daniella was SO helpful and kind, even saving us an unnecessary bust trip to Taormina for a tour - she called the company and arranged for us to be picked up in walking distance! Loved this stay.

No communal washing machine - but there is an offer for laundry for €5 for 5kg, if needed.
