We stayed in beautiful Tropea and enjoyed the B&B concept overall. The idea of having breakfast delivered each morning on a cart was very charming, and the food itself was tasty. However, I had hoped (based on Google photos) for fresh fruit to be included, which unfortunately was missing during our stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning - it did not cool the room at all, even when set to the lowest temperature. It clearly needs maintenance. As a result, we couldn’t sleep properly for two consecutive nights due to the heat, which significantly affected our comfort. While the check-in instructions provided on the day of arrival were clear and helpful, earlier communication was lacking. We had some questions prior to arrival, but never received any response through the Booking.com messaging system, which was disappointing. Overall, the place has potential, and the concept is appealing, but there were a few issues that need attention to make the experience better.

Located 8 min walk from train station although looking on it from the room :) But still not to loud when train is passing by, To the old centre 10-15 min walk, slightly down. Return a bit up :) Breakfast is really served on a troley in morning and you can then eat it in the room. Classical breakfast, but really enough. And there is also coffee and tea machine in the room, some capsules already free to take :) Very clean and nicely renowated room on the top of multy-family building, very good price if nice clean room with a bit walk to the old city centre are enough regarding services as there is no staff live.

The breakfast was amazing , and arrived outside your room on a tea trolley each morning , fresh croissants jam , yoghurt , fruit juice and coffee. The location was great to see the sights, get to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants a short distance away. We would definitely stay there again. The apartment was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had air conditioning which was great in the hot weather . We also had a car park near by .

Francesca was super in everything. Very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking site good. The location is walking distance to the Centro Storico of Tropea. Taking Via Tondo after leaving C/da Labirinto takes you straight to the main areas of the centro storico. There quite a good number of restaurants. Some offering live entertainment by the same restaurant personnel.

The excellent host, Mr Onoffrio, available any time you need him , and his very kind gestures and will to help me with a transport problem that i faced travelling from Tropea to Rome. Also delightful romantic private breakfast delivered outside our doors in a special trolley, made the experience unique. Huge room , very spacious, with modern furniture and latest entrance technology for extra safety. A very good choice for my 3 night stay in Tropea!

Nothing, everything lovely.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge. The B&B is next to the train station and also has free parking space, so it is very accessible. Communication with the hostess was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. Served outside our door, and included plenty of stuff. In general a great value for money.

WiFi was not working properly. It did not bother us at all, but if you depend on it to do any work it bear in mind that it is very unreliable.

It was a nice, well priced room, decently located from the centre. The property manager was prompt in her communication regarding checking in/out. Breakfast was complimentary and always served on time.

The aircon didn’t work very well, it got quite warm at night - other than that, everything else was fantastic!

Breakfast was mostly packaged stuff but for a few days it was ok! Location is excellent few minutes from city centre, railway station

The plastic cups for the coffee but the second day we got real cups and saucers and teaspoons and glasses! Suggestion: please leave a knife cos we bought a melon and couldn't cut it up!

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean room. Spacious. Nice breakfast delivered every morning at your door. The room also has a coffee machine and a kettle for making tea. The location was quite handy. Not too far from the historical center of Tropea. And always easy to park. The host was very kind en helpful. Overall good value.

Lovely accommodation and host to greet us. Nice breakfast in the morning. They were sweet enough to surprise us with an adorable note on our honeymoon.
