Residenza RoMa is a fantastic place ,The rooms are beautiful and clean and modern .The staff are all amazing, very helpful, the breakfast was outstanding ,beautifully presented, so much choice all freshly prepared, Anna and all the staff are lovely and make staying with them an absolute 💯 pleasure, We also had the garden to sit in which was immaculate and a pleasure to sit in . We would come again if there was a shuttle

Due to the location of the bed and breakfast and it's proximity from the sea and the town ,unless you are well able and do not mind walking everywhere or using public transport to go elsewhere a car is a must ,walking to the beach is about 15mins to the beach down a lot of steps and a steep incline, which is very difficult to return back The town centre is a good 20mins away ,a lovely walk but only if you are able . .We enquired about a taxi and was quoted 15 euros each way which we found expensive.

What an absolute gem of a place. Having read all the reviews I had high expectations which were more than met. The room and terrace were spotlessly clean. The breakfast absolutely delicious with everything prepared by hand in the kitchen..I've never eaten so much cake for breakfast. Anna was the most welcoming host nothing was a problem and she offered a late check out on our last day. Tropea itself is the most charming of villages and the residenza is in very quite and tranquil part of town.

Very clean room. Very good breakfast. The staff was exceptional in making our stay comfortable. We felt at home. Location is 15min walk from old town and even less from the beach, however be mindful that Tropea is built on a hillside so there are lots of stairs and walking uphill which may be challenging when it is too hot.

We were in the basement room where unfortunately there were some bad smells in the bathroom. However, the bathroom and the rest of the property were exceptionally clean

We had a lovely stay, the room was very spacious and nicely decorated with a very nice bed and high quality linens. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was nice. Breakfast was amazing, great selection of breakfast items, we personally loved the homemade cakes. The best part was how attentive they were to us.

The staff was wonderful. They were so accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious. The room and facilities were spotless. I had a nice balcony with a drying rack to hang any clothes I washed.

I wish I was a little closer to the center, but it was only a 10-15 minute walk. Just at night, because I was by myself, the area was a little quiet, and there was no one around, so I was a little uncomfortable, but it was very safe. I could have taken a 5 minute taxi.

We absolutely loved this location and the people took it to the next level. Walkable to old town and we enjoyed the beautiful areas of Tropea. Breakfast was homemade and perfect everyday. We were thankful to find this gem and Anna and Chiara made us feel like we were home! We would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

Communication with the host was great, we had check in at 10pm,the host arrange the key and instructions! Great old town 10 min walk, beautiful private or public beaches 15min walk! Great sea trips from Porto 25min walk! Great breakfast with big variety ,even was gluten free! The room was cleaned every day! The property is well maintain with love and care! The restaurants that host was recommended were great!

Customer service as friendly staff went above & beyond to look after us. Good value. Very clean. Food quality at breakfast was excellent. We were picked up & dropped off at station. Well located & quiet. Private outdoor seating area with sea view. Initiative of weekly dinner for guests was excellent idea!

Kettle and cups in room would have been great. Mini bar not used.

Clean and quiet B and B with very friendly staff always willing to help. I chose this place because it had parking for my rental car. The walk into town and to the main beach is less than ten minutes. Two grocery stores close by for snacks and drinks. The breakfast is excellent—lots of selection for pastries, cakes, cereals etc. Coffees are made for guests a la carte. Like most European beds, the ones in Roma err on the stiffer side. If you are used to it like I am it should not pose a problem. (I slept in every day!) Nice sunny terrace where I could work in the morning and there was a screen on my patio door so I could have it open at night without bugs coming in. Highly recommend this place for your Tropea visit. The town is so cute. And the beaches...

The breakfast is so good it would be nice to have it somewhere other than the basement of the building!
