Pools area is amazing and cleaned every day Rooms are renovated and cleaned every day Lift from hotel down to the beach Amazing Private beach Stuff is amazing everyone of them - bars , restaurants, receptions , cleaners . Everyone speak English Lots of restaurant and shops outside of hotel Very short walk 15 min to city center We truly look forward to come back again

Amazing location, approx 10 minutes walk to the main town and the stairs that take you down to the famous Tropea beach under the cliffs. Stunning pool area, delicious food at the buffet and nicely renovated rooms with great air conditioning. Stunning view from hotel with great private beach area.

The beds were extremely hard. The check in process takes too long! Guests should be sent an online registration form. A couple of the staff weren’t very welcoming. No clothing iron in room, I was told “no irons because you will burn the room down” which is ridiculous instead they want you to pay for their laundry service which takes over a day. I don’t like wearing creased clothing however it’s inevitable when travelling and taking clothes out of a suitcase so having an iron in my room to iron clothing isn’t an unreasonable request. Never before have I stayed at a hotel that doesn’t provide an iron.

The entire experience was truly fabulous! Very hospitable and very hard-working team and staff, and always with a smile! The layout - while vast, is easy to navigate, the 4pm complementary watermelon served by the sea, the live entertainment were a special treat! We will be back and bring all of our friends!

the loud loud music coming from the beach bar next door - but what can you do - would have been nice to have some notification of that - and also the fact that parking onsite was crammed and not easy to take your car out to go exploring for fear of losing your spot and having no where to park

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's a lovely 10 minute stroll into the town. The hotel and grounds are massive. It's more of a resort than a hotel. Having the beach for hotel patrons only was fantastic and it was really easy access via the lift. My room was really large and clean. The hotel pool was fantastic. The whole property seems very family orientated which would be fantastic if you are travelling with family/children. The on-site Spa was fantastic. I had a wonderful facial.

So, i'd be nit picking here. There was a beach bar to the right side of the hotel which played loud, bass heavy music well into the night. I didn't mind too much but I suspect it would be difficult if you have small children. But just request rooms on the left hand side of the grounds and you'd probably be fine. I tried the a la Carte restaurant one night and was really disappointed. I was expecting outstanding italian food but was met with luke warm soup and fairly average food. The service was also average. They just wanted to get me out of the restaurant very quickly. As a single traveller, I like to enjoy sitting at a restaurant and taking my time eating and drinking and enjoying the atmosphere. It all felt very rushed.

I just came back from the Labranda Rocca and it was the best experience ever! For a single traveler the most important thing it’s safety and I was not disappointed. The room super clean, the food was excellent, the location a dream and the team was so nice and helpful! Mille Grazie Antonella from the reception, the boys from the bar, Domenico, Giuseppe, Mattia and the rest u make a great job! I already know my next year vacation spot.

Just the Internet but I can understand, it’s a big location.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable just as described and presented in photos Access to the beach via elevator is an memorable experience and the view is incredible The restaurant serves really great selection of food for breakfast and dinner and wine or beers are included The stuff is amazing friendly and professional The hotel is not in the city centre and it’s actually a good thing because after a great meal you can enjoy the walk in the evening to admire Tropea’s streets

Housekeeping was horrible. My sheets were not cleaned and I had to constantly ask for towels. The cleaning crew were constantly on their phones and didn’t listen to what I requested, to the point that she entered my room without knocking because she left her phone.

The property was fantastic, a great place to stay where you could rest and enjoy the facilities- be entertained throughout the day and evening and the food was absolutely amazing

Fabulous hotel with great facilities and location having direct private access to the beach. Our rooms were great, pool amazing, the restaurants where lovely with much variety. All inclusive was great.
