All the staff from the receptionist to the breakfast lady were very friendly and made us feel right at home. Especially Selenia was exceptionally nice and went out of her way to make sure our stay would be as smooth as possible. She even spoke some German. The hotel has an option to book a surprise package for birthdays with rose petals and an aperitivo for a fair price, the room was tidy and the room with a bathtub next to the bed was a highlight. Would totally recommend this place.

We spent an entire week at this accommodation. Throughout our stay, we felt very comfortable the staff was always available and smiling, communicating with us even when we were away from the accommodation via WhatsApp. Thank you. They helped and advised us with everything we needed, and even lent us a beach umbrella. The breakfasts were delicious, and we always left satisfied. We especially enjoyed the homemade pastries. The cleanliness of this facility was impeccable, towels and bed linens were changed daily. The location was very convenient for us, with 3 markets and several restaurants within a 2-minute walk, the beach within 8 minutes, and the city center within 10 minutes.

Beautiful clean rooms, good breakfast and great location . 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes into the historic centre full of beautiful cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptional they actually treated us like family and went out of their way to help us especially when we had our train cancelled due to a strike, going out of their way to personally drive us to our next location. The area was safe and quiet a 10 minute walk from the station.

It was a good location and a very good price. The owner was lovley. She got in contact with us about what time we’d be getting there and was extremely accommodating and super lovley when we got there.

The only thing i could say would be the shower head could do with a little clean but that’s the only thing.

Room was very clean inside actually immaculate and updated.

Outside area was a bit dirty and unkempt. I wasn't aware that the 2nd bed was a sofa bed, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Actually bad for an older person. Kids wouldn't know the difference. I thought it would be a bit more walkable. The market is very close, a 3 minute walk, but to walk to centro more like 20-30 minutes. Breakfast served in your room but coffee was cold.

This Hotel Luxury and Charm surely lives up to its name! I felt like Royalty in it! Excellent location, Exceptional room, Lovely breakfast, Ample parking.... The room was so clean and we had everything we needed, we got the bigger room which was very nice and spacious, the people were so friendly and helpful, helped me with my bags and dogs☺️ felt like home away from home, ended up extending for another 2 nights

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and modern, and the bathroom was equally updated and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, which made the stay more enjoyable.

While the breakfast didn’t offer a great variety, it was still nice overall.

Very clean, staff was the best and very helpful . The cook even drove us to Tropea beach because we couldn’t get a taxi ♥️
