Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. Amazing view at the sea from restaurant & our room - room had a terrace and also a balcony with view. Room cleaning was perfect everyday, the room was modernized. Direct access to the beach via stairs (5min), near historical city center. Good variety of food for breakfast, good restaurant ambient & music - staff was entertaining the whole family and child.

Some parts of the hotel were old/not maintained/broken - pool chairs & pool showers, access to the pool restroom (dangerous sewer cover, see picture), railings leading to the rooms. The pool is also too small for the hotel occupancy, and did not have any spa elements - not worthy of a 3 star hotel. Did not like that the dessert for dinner in half board was not included in price, and nobody told us - we got an unexpected high bill at the end (~100€) - never experienced this before. Only a supermarket ice cream was available for dessert. Air conditioning in the main room of our room was not working well. Hairdryer in the room was not working.

Bathroom needs full refurbishment. Dinner Menu is limited. Should be able to pay for alcohol at time of consumption or at least get a ticket that customer signs to approve expenditure.

Super clean hotel. The rooms were spacious enough. Good furniture. Clean bathroom. Very quiet. They had safe in the room. Very comfortable beds, clean good towels. The breakfast was very good and it was in a terrace with awesome sea view. It’s a very short walking distance to the beach. But unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the beach. It was pebble and a small sand strip. And the bottom of the sea is pebbles. Which we personally don’t like. We prefer sand . And it was deep right away . And we had a room with a little terrace at the entrance and the view from the bedroom was so so beautiful. We slept with open window so we would hear the sea. The best!!!

Perfect location. It was very central. Parking is public, but there was a lot available in the street next to the hotel.. The view was exceptionally beautiful and the flowers and plants were awesome. The beds were also comfortable, and the apartment very spacious and it was also very clean. Our towels were changed daily. The staff were also nice and helpful.

There was only 1 ac in the whole apartment. This did not reach the room inside. The first bedroom had no privacy since it was like a common area with no door to the corridor. The pool is quite small. Early cleaning noises outside woke us up. Breakfast was not topped up, so when we went in the last half hour, we had to keep asking for specific things. Also, only half the toaster worked, which made us wait a long time to toast bread.

Calabria is a beautifull part of Italy, your hotel was lovely, very clean, teh staff in reception always ready to help with a smile, the breakfast was excellente, lots of choices.

I didn't like that we have to buy water every night at the hotel as you woudn't have the facility to give it for free or a drinking tap to feel up your own bottle. Many Hotels give have water facilities or provide bottles for free.

We loved the location, so close to the beach and town. It was tucked away but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was included daily and had a variety of foods. The staff was wonderful and helped us coordinate shuttles to and from the hotel. Would stay here again when we return to Tropea!

The closet had a somewhat musty smell. This was mitigated by their maintenance staff cleaning the room and space daily, which freshened it up.

The room and facilities were very good. Breakfast was really nice. Parking was free, just outside the hotel. Although the hotel is not exactly in the centre of the town, it is close by. and the beach is really close. We highly recommend the use of this hotel.

There is very little one can say against this hotel, although we wish the accommodation time was earlier; after travelling from out of Italy, and a long drive, we would have loved to have the room before 4.00p.m, as we would have enjoyed a shower and a slight rest away from the sun.

The location of the hotel and the staff are 11/10 ! Breakfast and varied dinner... Incredible 2-course dinner, too much actually 😂 I recommend the hotel and the city of Tropea! The old center is a must-see

I lost my first night of accommodation...not because of me or the hotel...there was a strike on the ferryboat from Greece to Italy, I announced it in advance...it would have been nice to get a refund of €230 for the night I didn't stay...

The hotel is in a great location only 5 min walk to centre of town, close by to shops, restaurants and supermarket. Close to the beach as well, everything is easily accessible. The restaurant has wonderful breakfast and the dinner was amazing, great sea view but the best part was the fantastic and friendly wait staff. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

No beach / pool towels and no iron in the room

What a breath of fresh air, lovely staff, warm and welcoming, the room very clean and spacious with lounge area big bathroom and huge very comfortable bed. All the facilities were great, pool was lovely with amazing views from terrace. The beach is down the hill through the gardens and a cross the road, the hotel gave us beach towels at no extra charge. Beautiful beach sand and shingle to Crystal clear water.. Breakfast was amazing huge choice and friendly staff.
