We couldn’t imagine a better location to stay in Tropea! On the first floor of a former palazzo there are three Oceanside rooms that have a staggeringly beautiful view. Set on the cliff edge you look out your window to see every detail of the beach and the crystal clear waters of Tropea. At night the piazza at the base of the palazzo comes alive with bars, restaurants and people. So much atmosphere on your doorstep but still quiet on the Oceanside when you are ready for bed.

Only some taxis are allowed in the old town to take you and your luggage right to the accomodation doorstep. Message the host to get the best taxi phone number if you have a few bags.

A magical stay in the heart of Tropea! We had a truly unforgettable experience at Blu Maison Tropea. The building itself is a beautifully preserved historic gem, full of charm and elegance. Our room felt like something out of a royal dream – spacious, bright, and with a breathtaking view that we will always remember. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with care and love – a perfect way to start each morning. A special thank you goes to Mrs. Ornela, who took care of everything from cooking to cleaning with such warmth, dedication, and genuine hospitality. This place has a soul, and we felt it in every detail. Thank you for making our stay so special – we’re taking home beautiful memories and photos that will travel far, even beyond the borders of Albania! We hope to return one day. 💙✨

Absolutely beautiful view..amazing , clean ,Ornella was very obliging ,friendly and lovely . Could do with a mattress topper ,a little firm ..and bathroom had no shelf for any toiletries..but this wouldn't stop me from coming back ..that balcony is breathtaking 😍

I had the pleasure of staying at Blu Tropea Maison for one night along the stunning coast of Tropea, Italy, and it was truly a picturesque experience. The hotel's location, overlooking the breathtaking ocean, offered captivating views that left me in awe. However, it's worth mentioning that there was some noise from the nearby surroundings(mostly from our boats below at night with loud music), although it wasn't overly disruptive. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the charming town of Tropea. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. What truly stood out was the convenience of being just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and golden sands of the coastline. In summary, Blu Tropea Maison offers a delightful coastal escape with unbeatable views and easy access to the beach. While there was some noise to be aware of, it didn't overshadow the overall pleasant experience of my brief stay. If you're seeking a seaside retreat in Tropea, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

The town was very busy, so just be prepared for that. If you want a sleepy seaside town, then this is not the place. (But it's well worth seeing!)

What a hidden gem. Our apartment was very spacious and we had the most amazing view. Everything was spotless. The shower was disappointing as it was small and hard to manage the plastic doors. Our breakfast was very generous and Ornella (hostess) was delightful and extremely accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The position is centre to everything!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Location the best! Views couldn’t get any better and staff very helpful and kind!! Asia was kind enough to tell us to park at train station overnight for free… we are just hoping when we get back there today, our car is still there!!!

Amazing location and rustic charm. Ornella was a great! The piazza outside is fantastic. Upgrade to the ocean view.

Difficult parking nearby. This is not a five-star hotel - travel light as you have to carry your bag up one or two flights of stairs.

Ornella was superb. She prepared excellent breakfasts and kept our room nice and clean. We loved the view from our room. Fabulous sun rises and sun sets with Stromboli majestic in the distance. Somehow the pictures from the accommodation can't do it justice. You have to see it, to believe it.

This property is amazing. Our room was comfortable with a great view. Andrea and his staff are wonderful. The property is located in the heart of the old city center. We will return.

We should have stayed longer.

Nothing, and I‘m not exaggerating, will beat the view of the seaside room. Also, the wonderful and nice nonna gave us a smile every morning. The hotel in general is inside a historical building and literally on the edge of this beautiful town. Would always recommend.
