Spotless, airy, quiet and well located. The owner, Gina, had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, from the toiletries to the spot to hang our beach towels to the quality of the bedding and, to top it all off, the organic homemade jams at breakfast, which is taken in the room. We particularly appreciated the powerful AC in the current heat wave and the safe, private parking accessed through a locked gate. All the main attractions and Tropea's beaches are a 5-10 minute walk away.

The location is on the third floor with no elevator. This was not an issue for us, considering also that everything in Tropea involves climbing and going down steps.

The property has an excellent location 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the old town. Just perfect to enjoy the time at the beach and discovering the streets of Tropea town. The host was exceptionally attentive and friendly with us. Really recommend this place.

The room is part of an apartment of 3 rooms, and it is located in a residence. There is a private parking place. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, therefore this needs to be considered if you have some issues with climbing the stairs. The room was very well equipped, clean, fresh, and silent. The toilet was large and clean. The breakfast is eaten in the bedroom (there is a table and chairs) and is rich. The owner was very kind, and easy to communicate with. The place is very convenient, 5 min walk from Rocelle's beach (or Rotonda beach). In 10 min (climbing the stairs) you can reach the old town.

We started our honeymoon at Residenza Burmaria and we made an excellent choice. Gina the host is super nice, she prepares a wonderful breakfast with homemade local delicacies (especially the chocolate brownies 😊)She is very helpful at anything you ask. The room was very clean and I loved the way it was decorated. Location is very good as well close to the sea and city centre.You will definitely see us again 😊

Comfortable bed, breakfast was served by lovely ladies.

There was the smell of sewage in the room when we arrived and the bathroom was even stronger with the smell. We ran water down the drain, wet a folded towel and placed it over the drain and ran the fan all night to rid the room of the smell.
