Rooms were clean and great size. Plenty of storage for belongings. Bathrooms were very clean, plenty of towels were provided. Having a balcony was lovely, with a clothes rack provided (with/ clips) to dry towels and swim suits after a day at the beach. Great walking distance to activities in the area and walking distance to train station. Room is AC allowed for a peaceful sleep and space to cool off after day in the sun and heat. Quiet road, and wasn’t disturbed by any other tenants during my stay. Building and rooms were very secure with multiple keys needed for entry. Lockbox in room for valuables provided extra security aswell. !!BONUS!! mini fridge with freezer in room! Host communicated well during stay. Easy communication on Whats-app messaging. Provided prompt responses to any inquires. In addition, provided easy navigation to locate property.

Stove and oven didn’t work. Only microwave was available for food prep. This wasn’t communicated prior to stay, and made it difficulty to prepare food following arrival and after already shopping for groceries. Kitchen was clean and had nice storage area and was well stocked with utensils, plates.. ect.

Tropea has a beautiful sand beach with a very nice sunset. The room was very clean and is bigger as the normal city hotel room. I liked the common kitchen and sitting outside. This makes it easy to contact with other people. Wifi, bed and bathroom was good. Guest hose was very helpful. Beach and centre are within walking distance. I would rank it a 9.5 in terms of price and quality.

Information about the key or check-in. I prefer to have this information directly after booking. Cause if you never been before, you have no idea what to expect. Especially with a self check in a foreign country. I got the whatsapp 3 days before check in. But I would like to know after the booking when I get this information.

The apartment was wonderful. It’s close to both the city center and the sea. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Domenico was excellent – the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The city itself is absolutely magical.

The only negative side I can mention is the thin walls.

Good accommodation, great value for money. Perfect location, close to the old town and walking distance to beach and train station. Our host, Domenico was very kind and helpful. Communication prior to booking and during our stay smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this place.

Really great place to stay in! Super clean rooms looking just like in the pictures and equipped with everything we needed (including a super-comfy bed). On top we could use a well-equipped, common kitchen and a garden patio. An extra plus for lots of recommendations and a very kind service from Francesco 🙂 Grazie!

There was no breakfast at this location. It was or used to be a B&B but doesn't seem to function in this way anymore.
