The room was clean and confortable a few steps away from the center of Tropea. The host is very kind, flexible and helpful. It's a great place to stay. Unfortunately there was some issue with a water pump in the apartment above ours, it went off each minute even during the night, creatong a very annoying noise and made it hard to sleep. It was out of their control, given that that the problematic apartment was not theirs. I told them about the problem and they offered to change the room, but it was audible even from other rooms. I requested to check-out earlier. We stayed only 3 nights in Tropea and I didn't want to risk not to be able to have a relaxed sleep. They accepted the earlier check out giving a refund for the rest of the nights. We appriciate their understanding very much.

The property was cozy, newly furbished, clean, and very nicely located right outside the centre town, which meant quiet nights and a lovely breeze at night. The managing staff were extremely efficient and kind, super responsive and caring for both my arrival and my departure. I really appreciated how carefully they sent me all the necessary information, including the location, the exact moment I confirmed my booking. I would surely come back the next time I return to Tropea.

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean, with excellent housekeeping. The bathroom fixtures were modern and fully functional, with a comfortable shower and reliable hot water. The staff were polite and very friendly, always ready to help. One of the biggest advantages was the great location — close to everything, and the sea is just a short walk away. A perfect choice for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Location is nice close to the main street and 10 min to the beach,the apartment is cosy and clean, AC worked well

Sweat breakfast, just coffee and croissant, Smell in the bathroom Safe and TV didn’t work, as well as coffee machine in the hall instead we’ve got 4 sticks of instant coffee in the room for 6 days, location is nice but lots of ups and downs for elderly people or kids

Everything was amaziing. The apartment looks great, super clean,cozy, location is perfect, 5 min walk to centre of town, 10min walk to the beach. You have also option with breakfast, which is super nice to start a day( you get coffee, croissant and a juice) The host is super friendly always available if you need something. 10/10

Great place in the center of Tropea... In little quite street but in 3-4 min you are in the main street... This object is renowned, everything you do is with card... Room big, very clean, air-condition work well... Inside room you have TV and Laptop... Toilet big, so clean, with few towels inside... Breakfast so delicious and fresh , with so much options, like at home...Caffe machine work all day... Francesco owner so kind and helpful... All recommendations for visit if you are in Tropea and that part of Calabria

Residenza Danidea was such a good experience. The room is so clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the center and beach. The staff is so polite and considerate. Breakfast is included, which is a nice plus. I only stayed 1 night but wish I stayed longer. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tropea and will stay here when I come back.

Great location, close to the beach and the city center. They were providing clean towels every day. Host was nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

It was quite loud in the morning as our room was near the kitchen. Also, we had a lot of ants in our room.

Host was great even with some last minute communication. Place was extremelly clean, located close to historical center, easy access and essy to park (parking on street)
